chapter 24

Cameron's POV:

We were all in the room together and I was cuddling next to Amajaris when I got a text from Hayes.

C-Cameron H-Hayes
H- DUDE U AND EVERYONE ELSE HAVE TO COME DOWN THE STREET TO TACO BELL RIGHT NOW!!
C- Why.?
H- I just got the shit beat out of me and I found Victoria in the back naked.
C- WHAT!
H- Just hurry up. And bring a extra pair of clothes for Vic.
C- OK we'll be down there in 5.

I explained to everyone what happened and the Kathleen quickly grabbed a pair of clothes and we ran down to Taco Bell.

When we got closer we started to call their names. We then saw Hayes waving his hand motioning us to follow him. We all followed Hayes to the back of the restaurant and saw a figure leaning against the wall. I looked closer and saw that the figure was Victoria. Most of us gasped. All the girls ran over to her asking if she was ok. The guys walked over to Hayes.

"What the fuck happened?" I practically yelled.

"So Victoria and I got hungry so we left and came here. When we walked in there was these group of guys in there to. When we got done eating Victoria went to through the garbage out and one of the guys slapped her ass. So she called me over. I told him to leave her alone and then we got in a fight. The workers finally pulled the two if us apart and I saw that Victoria wasn't in the restaurant anymore. So I ran out and found her in the back naked a-and...." He didn't finish.

"And what?" Jack G asked.

"Cameron, Victoria was raped." Hayes said in a sad voice. I immedetly fell to the ground and I brought my knees up to my chest. No one said anything. I then heard footprints behind me. I got up and saw Victoria. She locked eyes with me. She quickly ran up to me and jumped in my arms. I squeezed the life out of her. I was just SO happy that she wasn't kidnapped. She asked me if I could carry her back, I accepted. I picked her up bridal style and held her close to my chest. She was so cold. I kissed her forehead and said I love you. And then she fell asleep in my arms.

*back at the hotel*

We got back to the hotel and I layed Victoria down in her bed and climbed next to her. She turned and cuddled into my chest. It was really quiet until someone spoke up.

"I wonder how she feels?" Dylan asked.

"I don't know." Hayes said. He actually started to cry.

"Hey hey why ya crying?" Nash said while walking over to him.

"I-I just feel like its all my fault." He said while wiping his tears.

"Hey, you know that it is not your fault. You did everything you could to help her. You got beat up just to protect her. You beat the shit out of the guys that raped her." I said. Once I said that Victoria started to move around a lot. I looked down and I saw that her eyes started to flutter open. She looked up at me.

"Hey." She said.

"Hey kid. How ya feelin?" I asked her.

"I could be better. But I just feel a lot of- ya know...pain."

"Where's Hayes?" She asked. I pointed to the next bed over. She ran over and kissed him.

"I think its that we should go to bed. We have magcon tomorrow." And with that we all left to our rooms except for Hayes. Hayes decided to stay with Victoria until Mahogany gets here tomorrow.
