Reversion!

Initial Reversion! V. 2

Adrien was in his car, going home. He felt bad about Marinette but there wasn't much he could do.

He was in love with someone else.

He stepped into his room and immediately heard the screams that signalled an akuma attack.

"Plagg!"

"But I wanted to rest!"

"Claws out!"

Soon he was the ultra-charming, puntastic Chat Noir and he was leaping across the roofs of Paris.

He arrived at the scene first and leaped right into attacking, jumping down from the roof with his baton slightly extending and swinging it down like a sword. The akuma dodged.

"Give me your miraculous!" The girl said, her bunny ears twitching in annoyance. She wore a waist coat-type three piece suit that was a purplish red and a giant pocket watch was her weapon.

With how much she swung it around he doubted that was her akuma. His eyes kept roaming over her suit, hoping to find something that could be her object. Her hair cascaded over her shoulders and down her back, not moving much even with how much she swung that giant watch around.

"I am Lady Time! Give me your miraculous or face the wrath of Time!" She cried out as she twirled the watch and swung it at chat noir again. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a streak of red and knew ladybug had arrived. Lady Time also saw her and swung the watch that way, and chat noir quickly leaped over and deflected the watch to the side. She swung again and the heroes and akuma played a much deadlier game of cat and mouse. His eyes once again roamed over her suit, trying to find something. He turned to ladybug who landed beside him, having earned themselves a small respite.

"So what's the plan M'lady?" He asked her and quickly jumped out of the way as the akuma found them again and swung.

He landed beside her again, "I can't come up with a plan if we don't know where her akuma is," she said. She quickly jumped and back flipped, chat noir leaping off to the side to dodge the attack. "I don't think it's the watch either." She cried out, both of them ending up too far away to talk normally.

He dodged a few attacks again, landing beside her, "I think you're right M'lady," he said as he gave her a wink then turned to smirk at the akuma.

"Enough chitchat! Give me your miraculous!" Lady Time yelled out and shot a bean from the clock face at them. Chat didn't even have the time to appreciate her pun.

"I don't think it's time for us to give up yet!" He yelled at her, smirking at his pun. The akuma started attacking him and he dodged every attack, knowing it was important to let ladybug do her thing. "I'm running out of time M'lady!" He cried out as he barely dodged another attack and he knew she rolled her eyes at him. And his own eyes widened as the akuma started attacking ladybug instead. Chat leaped closer and tried distracting the akuma from ladybug again, and nearly succeeded.

Until ladybug got distracted.

Chat quickly glanced in the direction she was and saw Alya, who was way too close for his comfort. He quickly looked back to the akuma, who saw ladybug's distracted state and shot a beam at her. Chat yelled out in warning, his body already moving and trying to move ladybug out of the way.

The beam hit them both.

He failed.

Or so he thought?

He bolted upright in bed and wiped the sweat from his brow. "That was a weird dream Plagg, ladybug and I got defeated but that's right when it ended," he sat at the edge of his bed, regretting placing his bare feet against the cold floor. He frowned.
