It's been 4 years.
Malorie and August are both co-parenting and working . Jace is now 4 years old and starting school after this summer.
Crazy, Mal and August haven't seen each other in 3 years but still manage to co-parent, with the help of friends and Mal's parents. After the 6 months of staying with him, Malorie didn't want to see August anymore. She wanted a new, fresh start.
But now that Jace or J-Ce as Aug calls him sometimes, is getting older, he's going to start realizing something's. And since it's exactly 4 years from now, it's his birthday.
I can't promise a happy ending , but I can promise a hell of a book.
