Louis P.O.V.
I smiled when I woke up, seeing Harry with his hair sprawled all over his face, the sunlight hitting his eyes so they were scrunched up just slightly, his mouth open and small snores escaping. Daisy and Phoebe are right; he does resemble a princess, in more ways than one. I leaned in and pressed a kiss to his forehead before getting up, slipping on a shirt and making my way down the hallway to the kitchen to see mom at the coffee machine, Lottie helping with something in the oven, and Fizzy watching tv. The twins must still be asleep. I smiled and walked over, sitting down on one of the bar stools that were surrounding the island table.
“Morning, Louis. Harry still asleep?” Mom asked, hearing the screech of the chair against the floor.
“Yeah, he was up last night.” I explained. Lottie looked at me, a smug look on her face before turning back.
“I thought I heard someone.” Mom mumbled, pouring herself a cup of coffee.
“Mm, morning Tomlinson’s.” I heard Harry say sleepily behind me. I turned around, smiling, opening my arms for him. He walked up and cuddled into my arms, nuzzling his head into my neck.
“Morning, Harry.” I whispered into his ear after my mom and Lottie said their good mornings.
“Love you.” He kissed the skin of my neck a few times, making me smile widely.
“So, Harry, I hope you like cinnamon rolls.”
Harry P.O.V.
“Your hometown is pretty cool, Lou.” I said quietly into my hot cocoa cup, looking around as much as I could.
“It was always filled with exciting adventures.” He said, squeezing my hand tightly in his.
I wish I could say all the things I wanted to, like how the sky reminded me of his eyes, all bright and blue, and how even the prettiest of flowers couldn’t compare to how pretty I think he is. Because to me, he is the prettiest flower out there.
“Is everything okay, babe?” I heard him ask. I looked over at him, noticing his red nose and red cheeks from the cold. I smiled and nodded.
“I’m perfect.” I reassured him, pressing a kiss to his cheek. I heard him sigh in content, pulling me closer to him.
“How do you like Doncaster?” He asked. I nodded, looking around again.
“I really like it. It’s home-y.” I explained. He chuckled softly, and the rest of the walk back to his house was quiet. A good quiet.
“They’re back!” I heard one of the twins shout, and before I even walked through the door, Daisy was hugging my legs. “I thought you and Louis wouldn’t be back anymore.” She said with a pout. I smiled and leaned down, picking her up as I walked into the house.
“Don’t worry, darling. Loulou and I will be staying for a while.” I reassured her, causing her to squeal in delight.
“Yay!”
I put her down, walking into the kitchen where Louis and Fizzy were, making my way next to Louis.
“How was the tour of Doncaster?” Fizzy asked me. I smiled and nodded softly, looking down at her.
“It’s a quiet little down, I like it.” I told her. She smiled back.
“Where did you two go?”
“We just explored downtown, is all.” Louis told her.
“Next time, take him to the candy place mum would take us before the twins were born.” She said. I smiled, leaning down to kiss the top of his head.
“Yeah Louis, take me to the candy shop.” I saw him snicker from the sexual song reference, and I leaned down once again, pressing my lips against his ear. “I’ll let you lick my lollipop.”
I saw him heat up in a blush, and before I knew it, Fizzy was making fun of him.
“What did Harry tell you!? Never mind, I don’t want to know!” She squealed before running out of the room.
“Thanks a lot, Harry.” Louis whined, and I smiled victoriously.
“You’re welcome.”
