Chapter 1 Enter Mai Taniyama and Naru the Narcissist!

It was like any other ghost telling night in classroom 2-3. We'd all tell Ghost stories to each other. Each time one of us finished telling a ghost story, we'd shut off our flashlights. When the last one shut off the fourth person or ghost would appear.
"She heard the police officer, but couldn't see him. He asked her. Would you like me to cover you with a red coat? The woman said 'yes'. Than she looked up with her flashlight to see no one was there. When the police finally came, they found her covered in a red coat of blood just like police officer asked her. Boo!" Mai said causing our other two friends to jump in fear.
"Why do you always gotta do that Mai?" One of our friends said nervously as Mai turned her flashlight off.
"It's just a little ghost story, besides it's you're turn next." Mai reasoned.
"Okay well, I've been hearing weird ghost rumors about the old school building. Some people are saying it's haunted. Like I heard while they were working on the old school to tear it down, incidents kept happening and workers were always suddenly getting hurt. They didn't know how it happened. Another time someone said that a teacher had committed suicide and hung herself in the old school building. And finally, the latest incident over heard that happened their was that one of the students from here was walking home from school. While they were passing the old school house, they thought they saw a ghostly figure in the window." When she had finished telling us about that old school house, we all felt a shiver go up our spine as she shut her light off.

We were all startled by the saying of number 5.
"Oh no. The ghost's here to murder us!" Our friends said in sync at the fifth voice in the room. I was a bit scared too, till the lights were switched on to reveal a young boy. He actually looked around our age, but a bit older.
"Am I intruding?" He asked.
"Oh no. We were actually just telling ghost stories." One of our friends said excited.
"Yea. You should join us sometime?" Another of our friends asked.
"Sure I'd love to." He answered.
"Yay. You hear that Mai. Also how old are you anyway?"
"I'm 17. The names Kazuya Shibuya." The boy answered.
"Oh wow, a senior than. Hear that Chitoge and Mai." One of our friends said. Me and Mai looked at him suspiciously. Than we looked at each other and just rolled our eyes. We than walked over.
"So anyway. What are you doing here?" Mai asked suspiciously.
"Just getting something." Kazuya answered simply. I don't blame Mai. Something about him is definitely suspicious.
"Oh. Maybe we could help you." Our friends said jumping in.
"Hey Mai are you thinking what I'm thinking?" I whispered.
"Yea. There's definitely something strange about that guy and I'm gonna get to the bottom of it." Mai whispered back.
"Same here. How about we meet up after school tomorrow to investigate or something?" I asked.
"Good idea Chitoge." Mai agreed.
Time skip to tomorrow morning (Thursday).....
Chitoge POV.....
I was walking to school, when I saw Mai on my way there. Mai and me were good friends. We've known each other since middle school actually. She's had a tough past, but she's doing better now a days. I ran up from behind her.
"Hey Mai!" I said.
"Oh hey Chitoge. I wonder if those legends are true. Don't you?" Mai asked as we came to an abrupt stop. Looking at the front of the old school.
"Yea. I kind of wonder too. How about we just take a look see? I mean, couldn't hurt right." I said, just as curious. The school had an interesting aura to it.
"Yea. Let's just check it out." Mai agreed. We both went into the front entrance of the school house. It was pretty old and dusty looking. There was a camera in the middle of the opening.
"I wonder what's this camera for?" I asked curiously.
"Hmm, I don't know. It's weird it's even here." Mai said. Than suddenly, an old shelf started to fall on us. I used my hands to try and hold it up. It seemed to work for a second, but than it tipped back as if something had pushed it back. Me and Mai just screamed. I tried to use my strength to hold it, but it didn't help. The shelf had almost tumbled on us, when a young man jumped in and threw us away from it. In the process the camera broke and it looked like the poor guy had gotten injured.
"Hey are you okay?" I asked considerately.
"Yea. Are you alright. I'm so sorry." Mai apologized sadly.
"What happened?" It was that Kazuya guy from yesterday. Wonder why he's here?
"I don't know the self just started falling, and he threw me and Chitoge out of the way. I didn't mean for this to happen, really, I." Mai's sentence was cut short by Kazuya.
"Alright. Is there a doctor near here?" He asked trying to help the guy up.
"Um yeah. There's one just a few blocks from here." I answered trying to be as helpful as possible.
"I'm really sorry." Mai and me were about to help Kazuya pick that guy up, but he just smacked Mai's hand away.
"I don't need your help." Was all he said.
"B-but."
"Hey you guys are late. I thought I heard the morning bell for your first class." Kazuya said causing me and Mai to panic.
"Late!!!" We both shouted as we ran out the door and to school.
