The day came without much interference. The day where the Dark Couple would unite officially. The day when Bella would officially become the Dark Lady.

Early in the morning, She sat at the window sill of her old room in her Childhood home looking over the gardens. Voldemort, wanting to be respectful to her parents and also wanting a secure location that wasn't their own home, had requested to get married in the Black Family Home. Of course, Bella would've much preferred Grimmauld Place but settled for the large countryside town house just outside of London that she had grown up in. Thankfully, Voldemort had ordered her parents to absolutely not get involved in anyway shape of form.

The plan was that the ceremony was going to be very short. They hadn't written sappy vows, there wasn't going to be a huge party, there wasn't even many decorations ; just simple benches placed for the various attending Death Eaters and a wooden archway, erected from a tree from the woods in the back of their garden. Bella would wear a Black gown( because this time around she doesn't have to wear a ghastly white wedding dress) walk unaccompanied down the aisle to meet Voldemort, where he would administer the ceremony himself and perform the powerful magic needed for the Ancient Vows.

She couldn't be happier with the turn of events.

If she had gotten her way, however, the entire affair would be in private with no audience.

Narcissa huffed from her place standing at the vanity, drawing Bella out of her thoughts. She tilted her head towards her younger sister slightly to acknowledge her but didn't move from her perch.

"You look happy" Narcissa deadpanned, fidgeting with a lipstick. She opened it, pulled a face at the bizarre green and placed it back down.

"Just thinking" Bella stretched.

"You better not be getting cold feet after all that" Narcissa warned her, pointing another lipstick at her sister. Bella flipped her off without looking at her.

"No" She stood, glancing once more at the house elves using their magic to place the benches down. "Of course not, I've never been so sure of anything" She said quietly, lying down on her back on her old bed.

"So what's got you thinking so hard?" Narcissa's frowned and made to lay next to her on the bed. Bella sighed and stared at her sister.

"I don't know" She muttered. "Dumbledore, My position in the circle, Voldemort." Narcissa ducked her head down low at his name and Bella slapped the pillow and sat up. "Narcissa, He's going to be your brother in law, perhaps it would be best if you didn't flinch every time I said his name." She rolled her eyes and swung her legs over the bed. Narcissa pulled a snarky face and rolled off too, muttering under her breath.

Bella tuned her out with a frustrated sigh and looked out at the window to notice that most guests had apparated in the garden. Nott and Mulciber were having a rather loud disagreement about something and Bella faintly wondered if it would turn physical until Amycus Carrow stepped in and separated the men. Narcissa hummed as she retook the place at Bella's old mirror and pulled up her hair in a elaborate up do, she waved her wand and the pins she needed flew up in their own accord and nestled in her two toned locks. Bella watched for a second and turned to enter her bathroom.

"Need help?" Her sister called.

"I'm good" Bella replied stiffly. Narcissa shrugged and proceed to get on with her own routine. She shut the door behind her rather forcefully and leaned over the sink, Outside Narcissa sighed and meddled with her hair. Bella took a few deep breaths and swallowed thickly. Her stomach was a bundle of nerves, her hands were shaking, her lungs seemed to never take in as much oxygen and her mind was running a mile a minute.
