You're joking? You're joking? You're joking me, you gotta be this cannot be an update.

Bellatrix couldn't help the malicious smile that worked it's way on her face as she took in the shocked silence of the Inner Circle. Many Death Eater's had the same mouth open, wide eyed expression as they took in the news. Narcissa, however, was visibly shaking and breathing heavily. Rodolphus stammered for a response, opening and closing his own mouth, But was immediately silenced when Abraxas stood with a warm smile and made his way to Bella's chair and extended his hand, which she gracefully took. He bowed his head and she offered a dainty curtesy and felt something hit her palm as Abraxas made a slick hand off of an item.

The room was so quiet you could probably hear Narcissa's rapid increased heart beating.

He led the younger woman to his own chair and gestured for her to sit at the right hand of Voldemort, effectively separating her and her husband. Abraxas smiled at her.

"You'll be brilliant." He whispered but his voice bounced off of the walls due to the stillness of the room. He then didn't wait for a response and walked around the front on the table to take the always vacant left hand side of Voldemort. Bella glanced down at her hands to examine the object Abraxas gave her. It was a ring. A ring of the blackest jewels - a black onyx - and golden outline. It almost matched her two way necklace and earring set perfectly. The only difference being the actual stones. Her necklace was a Star Diopside stone while this ring was a Onyx gem. She glanced up to meet her husband's curious eyes, Narcissa's scared ones and scanned over Lord Voldemort's blood red, stern ones. His eyes flickered for just a second down to the ring in her hands. She could've yelled from excitement when she realised he gave her this present.

"Right. Now that that's out of the way" Voldemort cleared his throat, bringing her back to reality, and sat back down at the head of the table. She slipped the ring on her middle finger of her right hand. "On a much...lighter note. Yuletide is coming up."

Bella's eyebrows lifted into her hairline as she quickly recalled the date. December 16. Well shit. That creeped up fast. The few Death Eaters who dared to make noise in the presence of Bella began mumbling excitedly. The Dark Lord nodded.

"Yes" He hissed, causing a involuntary shiver to creep it's way up Bella's spine. His voice flittered into a mocking tone and Bella watched, fixated, as he rolled his eyes. "Exciting times" He mocked, sneering at every individual that participated in the murmuring. "I trust you all your presents" Bella blanched at this. She did not. He glanced at her then moved his head over the other side to look Abraxas up and down before sighing. "Mrs LeStrange" He again, used the French accent to pronounce her married name and she swallowed thickly.

"Y-yes, My Lord" She cleared her throat and straightened her posture, while under the table her hands gripped the skirt of her dress tightly and turned her knuckles white.

"First order of your new position." He said thoughtfully, she leaned forward in anticipation. "You host the annual Yuletide party". Immediately, Bella sat back, shoulders sagging and mouth agape, people starting cheering (The LeStranges may dislike each other but they sure can throw a party) Rodolphus grinned and started laughing, All three Malfoys looked relieved at the prospect. Bella, however, could've lost her shit.
