Olivia and Emily have been close friends for a very long time. But, one day Emily befriended a pair of close friends, Josie and Karen, but they were the meanest girls who like to gossip and spread rumours about others. They were getting Emily to stop being nice, talk to Olivia and they tell her bad rumours about her. Emily got influenced by the girls and Olivia then began to notice that Emily changed a lot since becoming friends with Josie and Karen. She felt that Emily stopped being nice like how she used to. So, Olivia reminded Emily of what they did when they were close, but she told Olivia that she has "no time to be doing these silly things with her" which really hurt Olivia's feelings. Olivia wants to tell Emily how she felt, but she is anxious to do so as she knows that she is friends with the meanest girls in the year and may not respect her.
