"CHARI HURRY UP!" i yell through to bathroom door startling the brown haired girl. "i'm trying!" she yells back letting out a grunt as she struggles. "dude just unlock the door let me help you." i say and there's a pause before the door handle slightly jiggles, making me open it. there stood charli attempting to tie her bathing suit in the back. "oh my god charles it's not the hard." i say, tying to bathing suit. "you always tie it in the front then turn around, like bras." i explain and she nods. "come on!" i yell dragging her out of her room outside. she smiles at my excitement and we go out to her pool. i immediately push her in and she comes up with a gasp glaring at me. "mackenna!" she screeches, quickly pulling herself out of the water. "you know you needed it." i say and we spend the rest of daylight playing around. we didn't film tiktoks, or take pictures. it was just us in our little world. whenever her parents came and informed us they had ordered chipotle i was rushing to get dressed. nothing and i mean, NOTHING is better than chipotle. after dinner me and charli decided to go live on tiktok. "hey y'all!" i exclaim falling back onto charlis bed. people started to join and ask questions. "mack, people wanna know if we're dating." charli says looking at me and i start laughing my ass off. "charli they've found out our secret!" i gasp in sarcasm. we spend the rest of the live making jokes and having fun. "okay well we have to get off now! love you guys byeeee!" charli says dragging out the e. after ending the live we lay in her bed watching vampire diaries. and that's how we fell asleep, in eachother arms watching elena gilbert cry.
i groan feeling a bright flash in my eyes. i look up to see dixie taking a picture of me and charli. "dix!" i yell throwing a pillow at her squeezing my eyes shut. "i wasn't ready to wake up." charli mumbles pulling me into a hug tighter. "char, we have to get up." i say and she hesitantly let's me go.
