Chapter 1: U.A Police Academy

(With all the riots and protests that have been going on lately, I believe I have to add in a little note :) This work is purely fiction, and going to be set in Japan so pls understand :') ).

Izuku Midoriya woke up to the infuriating sound of his alarm clock. Slamming it shut, he slowly sat up and began preparing for the long day ahead. He looked around his room, the baby blue wallpapers went well with all the police posters and magazine cut-outs of famous detectives.

Making his way downstairs, he bumped into Aoyama, who by the looks of it also just recently woke up. "✨✨Why hello Monsieur Midoriya. ✨✨" greeted Aoyama with his usual flamboyance. "Ah, hello Aoyama!" responded Midoriya, he never failed to express his enthusiasm to his classmates. The pair made their way downstairs, making the occasional small talk while they descended. As the elevator opened, they were greeted with "hellos" and good mornings" from their fellow classmates: Iida, Yaoyorozu, Ojiro, Tokoyami, Jirou, Tsuyu, Todoroki and Kirishima, whom were all early risers. Midoriya took a seat across Todoroki and Iida, two of his classmates he was particularly close to.

The three chatted away while eating quality breakfast prepared by their school's local chef. As time passed, more and more people began to flood the common room, at some point the T.V was turned on and was switched to the news channel. "-reports of a terrorist attack... I-Island completely destroyed... David Shield and daughter currently missing... developing bioweapon... stolen... lost control... currently under control.... believed to have been the work of notorious terrorist group L.O.V...

"Man, those terrorists sure are something else, aren't they?" Kaminari, the resident jokester/comedian, spoke. "First they attacked our academy, twice, and now they somehow managed to successfully raid the most heavily guarded place on Earth."

" I feel so sad for the scientists on the Island, I can't believe there were no survivors..." Mina stated, she looked extremely worried.

"I sincerely hope that their families will get better after this tragedy..." said an ever so formal Yaoyorozu. Everyone murmured in agreeance. The group might have been alien with each other at first, but after two near-death experiences, they had formed a mutual trust and friendship. Despite their differences, they had one thing in common, the desire to become great detectives or officers in their future.
