...Okay, he's not really a king but the graphic is trying to portray that he is. Just the young master of the Sabertooth guild, Sting Eucliffe, the Light Dragon Slayer. Members of the guild refer to themselves as "tigers" just like how FairyTail guild members call themselves "fairies".
