Chapter 1: the fight

"Just let me go" screamed Julia when her mom and dad said no to her going over to her friends house, "I want to see that movie with her" Julia fumed "NO" both her parents both answered in a rather loud voice. "This is so unfair" Julia yelled at her scowling parents "I-I-I" Julia stuttered with big hot tears streaming down her face "I HATE YOU!" Julia screamed at the top of her lungs.

Her mom and dad stared at her like they where just hit in the stomach with a bat.

"How dare you speak to your mother and me like that" her father said in a your in trouble voice. "Go to your room" her mother said in a very stern voice "b-but?" Julia said stunned "BUT NOTHING!" "GO NOW" they both yelled.

Julia ran upstairs and cried herself to sleep.

Julia woke up and looked at the clock, it read 2:46. She went down the hall to her mom and dads room.the door was closed and the lights where off. She heard the faint sound of her mom and dad snoring.

She quickly and quietly ran across the floor to her room and started to right a note.
When she was finished the note she rand back to her mom and dads room and put the note on their night side table.

The note read,
Dear mom + dad,
I'm running away, I'm probably never coming home. I'm getting a new family I wish you would have just let me go to Isabel's house, anyway don't try and find me I will be gone when you wake up.

And with that Julia tiptoed downstairs and opened the door and walked out into the cold crisp night air.
