It was cool out, the cold air making its way past Julia's light layers of her night shirt and hoodie. "brrrrrrr it's freezing out here" Julia said aloud to herself.
"But this is for my own good" she said in a stern voice to herself. They say no to everything. She thought, even to me riding my bike with no helmet. I mean come on I'm 14 I can ride my bike and not fall off, she thought as she walked down the dark sidewalk.
"I wonder where I will end up if I keep walking forward this way" she said and kept walking Down the road that read, widow wood drive.
She didn't miss her mom and dad but she was going to miss her younger sister Gina and her other family members she was not mad at.
She had changed her mind she wanted to go home.
"I'm turning around, I think I was over reacting, I'll just tell them I'm sorry and we will be all good". She spun around on her heel, but it was to late to turn back now she didn't know where she was, or witch way she came from either.
"Ummm....what.....the....heck.." She said stunned. "I could have sworn I came from this way" she said still a little perplexed. But all the streets she could see she didn't recognize .
"Where am I ?" She asked herself
"I want to go home" she moaned. Now she really missed her mom, dad and her poor 10 year old sister.
She felt a big tear trickle down her face and land on her sweater.
