One Night Stand : 7. Won't let you go

She left.

He wanted her to stop.

He wanted to continue what they started.

He wanted her.

He was craving for her.

Badly.

Desperately.

But couldn't utter a word.
Guilt was eating him completely.
He had become heartbreaker and cheater all at once.

He broke his princess heart and he cheated upon his best friend.

Although he hadn't cheated physically, as nothing actually had happened but mentally he did.

His heart had been filled with all the illicit thoughts with that girl. His heart accumulated the idea of ditching Riya and acquiring her for long.

Sameer fall upon his keens, on the floor and remain like that for a while.

The phone kept on ringing but he had no courage to answer the call. Then it went off.

His eyes were darting on the floor. Focused on oblivion to find a path to move further but he now had no way left.

He could just forget it all together and move on with riya like nothing has ever happened.

But could he?

He haven't been raised in such way to take advantage of a girl's unawareness.

But at that moment he was not in condition to face her. So he left.

That night he drove back to Mumbai without acknowledging Riya about his departure from Goa.

Just dropped a message of leaving.

Next two weeks he spend in hell. Without any contact to anyone.

Finally its Riya who approached him. The moment that girl laid her eyes on him, she sensed something suspicious.

He finally manned up and told her everything, each and every detail of the night he spend with a stranger girl.

And finally he confessed that he didn't love her.

Not for moment he could meet with her eyes. His eyes were glued to floor. He was expecting all kind of possibilities, from her to scream, her to cry and even he was ready to be slapped. After all he deserved it.

But what happened was beyond his expectation.

"I was always been scared, one day you will say this", she took a sigh.

Sameer kept looking at her bewildered.

"what?", Riya raised her eyebrow at his horrific expression.

"are you expecting me to scream, cry or slap you as you broke my tiny little heart", she asked while putting her hands on her either side of hips.

Sameer gaped as she caught him red handed. Technically she caught his thoughts. He was sure he only thought but didn't speak. Then how?

"n...n...no", he stammered.

"really?", Riya gave him a pointed look.

"Sammy we have been dating since one year but I know you from the day, we first learned how to walk.", Riya said in soft voice.

"yeah it hurts but I knew in heart that one day I have to face this", Riya shook her head.

"don't worry about me. It will get over.", she said in low volume.
