That was the first news that Jimin read as soon as he arrived home. Jinwoo has been hospitalized for almost two days due to a high fever. Both of the married couple look horrible because of a lack of sleep. Jin forces Jimin and Jungkook to go home. He can help take care of Jinwoo for the meantime.
"Baby... "
Jungkook stands behind Jimin, with his front touching Jimin's back closely. He wraps his arms around Jimin's chest. The hug signifies deep feelings and shows how Jungkook doesn't want Jimin to overthink.
"Kookie... "
"Don't think about it. You need some rest."
Jungkook bent his head, his warm lips planting gentle kisses along Jimin's neck and shoulder. Jungkook must have read the news posted on all media platforms before Jimin. Telling the truth, he didn't care. He wanted the world to know. But because of Jimin's safety and his contract, he was forced to keep it a secret.
"What if... "
"Let's go to bed. We need some sleep. Then we can go back to Woonie. I'm sure he will cry when he wakes up without seeing you there."
"Hurm... "
Jimin nodded weakly. He feared this news would affect Jungkook's singing career. He knew how Korean entertainment works, how the fans will react to their favorite idol being in a relationship. Most of the fans don't like that.
Jungkook pulled Jimin's hand and carried him to the bed. They slept for almost two hours before returning to the hospital.

As soon as Jimin was sent to the hospital, Jungkook had to go to the office. He tried to solve the rumor about his love life with Jimin on his own, but at times like that, he needed the advice of those closest to him.
"Hey, Jungkook."
"Joonie hyung. "
Namjoon let out a heavy sigh when looking at Jungkook's stressed face. All the rumors that freely spread would absolutely affect Jungkook's and Jimin's daily life. The reporters will follow them every step they take. He is afraid for Jimin's safety, especially now that they have a son. He's afraid that Jimin will get attacked by the harsh words from the haters. He knows Jimin could handle all this. He knows his beloved husband is a strong man. But, whenever he opens his eyes and reads all the negative things thrown by the toxic people every single day, how does he go through all this? No matter how strong Jimin is, he also has a weak point where he cries when there is too much on his mind.
"How's Jimin?"
"He told me he is okay. But I know he's not. He's afraid. Not afraid of his safety, but mine."
"He's an angel, he loves you."
No doubt, after everything Jimin does and sacrifices for Jungkook, he deserves to be called an angel. He's beautiful and radiant. He's dearest and generous. He's sweet and impossibly good-looking. An angel is one who loves, who does their best to help others, who goes the extra mile to do what is right when there is nothing in it for himself at all.
Namjoon's words make Jungkook smile. He's fortunate that God gave him a very beautiful friendship. All of the people that stay by his side love Jimin. Without coercion, they love Jimin. Without coercion, they keep Jimin safe.
"Do you think... This is the right time for me to come out?"
Jungkook is referring to his relationship with Jimin. He wants the world to know. He wants to give Jimin his freedom. Free to go outside, do everything that he likes, go on vacation, hold hands, and many more. But, can Jimin do that? Can Jimin be free? He's not sure.
"If you willing to face the consequences."
Jungkook was silent and still, his eyes closed in concentration. He also wondered if he came out, would everything be okay? His career? Jimin and Jinwoo?
"I..I-i need to think first. Jimin and Woonie...they're my priority. Their safety is important. I just... Need to think."
"You should go back home and get enough rest. That can help to clear your mind. Then you can get better answers to all your questions. Go back to your family, Jungkook."
"Thanks, hyung. I need to go to the hospital."
"Okay, send my regard to Jimin. Say Hi to my son too."
"I will hyung. Woonie misses you."
