Assalamu Alaikum!
Hi loves, been long eh? I've been a bit busy, anyway
here's an update

Please Say Astaghfirullah 10 times
We can never go wrong with seeking forgiveness from Allah

The events of yesterday kept replying in Najmah's mind. She had cried herself to a migraine and had scrubbed her lips with every single soap there was in their house, hoping to erase the kiss. But even if she could erase it from her lips, her mind and brain were adamant on rewinding the events of the unfortunate evening.

She knew for a fact that she hates Saif after what he did.
Even though she doesn't blame him entirely, because she knew something like that could happen from the stories she hears from her sisters and cousins, But she thought Saif was different.

Though she trusted him, she was never comfortable around him, especially when he says he wants to see her. But it was Saif, he always had a way of making her give in to his requests.

The saying her mother always told her rang in her brain...She would say, 'Najmah, never be alone with a boy, even if that boy is your cousin or even your uncle, because when a guy and a girl are alone in a place, Shaytaan is the third party and anything can happen '

Her heart shattered more, and so did the tears . They broke free and spilled down her cheeks making her curl more into her baby pink duvet.

Just then, a knock sounded on her door.
She couldn't say a word, as the sobs whacked out of her mouth, almost making her choke.

"Naj Naj...Are you okay, I hope you're not in pain?" She heard Nadim's worried voice which only made her breakdown more.

She had told her mom and siblings yesterday that she was suffering from menstrual cramps, hence the reason for her tears.
That made her mother make her some chicken pepper soup hoping it will ease out the pain. She also made both Nadim and Nadia go to bed early so that Najmah will have a peaceful night sleep without their usual disturbances.

She felt so guilty for lying. This was the first time she's lying to her mom and her siblings and she doesn't feel good about it.
So to ease the guilt, she stood up on wobbly legs and unlocked the door to let Nadim in.

Nadim was so worried about Najmah and he felt relieved hearing her door being unlocked.
The sight before him shattered him.
His ever happy and smiling sister looked so sad. Tears were streaming down her face and she looked broken, with some of her hair, escaping from the mass of long, soft ebony hair, tied in a loose bun atop her head.

Her beautiful eyes were bloodshot from the amount of tears she shed.

He quickly stepped forward and engulfed her in a hug. Even though she was older than him by a year, he was taller and slightly  bigger in size, due to her petite frame. Plus he's kind of tall for a 16 year old.

"N-na-nadim " She stammered clutching on to his hoodie as she rested her head on his shoulder.

Nadim felt crushed at the pain Najmah's voice held, he rubbed her back, in an up and down motion trying to soothe her.

"Shh...Najmy, come on, let's go and sit" He cooed squeezing her in the hug.

After Najmah let  go a bit, he had the chance to close back the door, hoping her sobs didn't wake his mom and other sister, Nadia.
He pulled Najmah over to her bed and sat her down, before sitting himself next to her and wrapping an arm around her shoulder.
