Insomnia

: When Momo always had a sleepless night.

When the dark night puts everyone to sleep, when everyone's asleep
I can't sleep because of my countless thoughts
Hoping that I'll think of something
I wait till the morning sun wakes everyone up
When everyone turns the light off, when they're setting their alarm
When I'm tired, my worries open its eyes
Looking back at my day to see if it was good
Wondering what I'm gonna do tomorrow, then the alarm goes off.

Night

Where everyone can now rest from their tiring day, where they can find peace after a chaotic day.

Truly night is the only hours for human to relax and shut down their numerous thoughts inside their head.

But for Momo, night is just like a day as she was still staring from the ceiling of their dorm.

They just got finished promoting their new mini album More and More and got home late again in the morning, luckily for them that Pd-nim gives them a one whole day to rest and prepare for their comeback stage earlier in the morning.

The other Twice members was probably now in their deep slumber but Momo was still finding herself a comfortable position to sleep but luck wasn't always on her side as the tiredness didn't want to rule her body yet.

Momo groaned and stand up, going out to her and Jeongyeon shared room as she go into the kitchen, finding herself seated in one of the stool while drinking water and acquainted with her deep thoughts.

The blonde Japanese sigh for the nth time as she stand up and decided to go in the couch hoping that she can find the sleep that she really wanted there.

Seconds has turned into minutes until it turns to hours but still the older Japanese eyes was still wide awake until she groaned in annoyance and sat up only to greet by their unnie of the group.

"Momoring? You up early today" Nayeon, their eldest member said as she spotted the blonde Japanese in the couch.

"I didn't sleep last night"

"Oh you didn- wait? You didn't sleep!? Why? You know that we need to sleep because we had a full pack schedule tomorrow right?" Nayeon said, concern to her dongsaeng.

"Nah I'm alright maybe later, I'll try to sleep." Momo said and flash a timid smile to her.

Nayeon just nodded while patting her shoulder and go to the kitchen since she was their assigned cook for that day.

After that the other Twice members woke up too and shocked on why Momo was up early since she's a type of person who wakes in noon so they ask the Japanese blonde a same question that Nayeon said earlier and the said Japanese answered it all just the same.

"You should really sleep today. It's been 3 days since you didn't sleep and I always spot you in the couch or sometimes in the balcony." their leader, Jihyo said as she eyed her fellow member in concern.

"Don't worry, I'll sleep today." Momo said and Jihyo just nodded at her.

"Hey the breakfast is ready! Come on guys!" Nayeon said and they are all gathered in the big table and eat peacefully.

After they eat, the maknaes was also assigned to wash the dishes which they whined about but as Jihyo and Jeongyeon give them a glare they suddenly stand up and gather the plates quickly, making their other unnies laugh at them.

"So what are we gonna do today?" Sana said while cuddling to their other maknae, Tzuyu.

"How about movie marathon? Then we can order some snacks later?" their Leader said and everyone shouted happily except Momo who was still lost in her deep sea of thoughts.

"Momo-unnie? Are you okay?" Dahyun ask silently to her unnie since she noticed that Momo was still staring out of nowhere.

"H-huh? Oh I'm fine Dahyunie." Momo said and give her a small smile.

"That's good uhm btw can I have a request from you?" the pale Korean said while playing on her fingers, an habit of her when she was shy.

"Of course what is it?"

"C-can we cuddle while we watching through out the movie?" Dahyun said and Momo saw the light blush coming from her dear maknae so she just giggle and open her arms, allowing Dahyun to scoot over and the pale girl smile widely and instantly dive in into Momo's embrace.

The other Twice members watch them in awe since they're too cute, and of course the other unnies decided to take a picture of them from afar as a remembrance.

Eighteen hours had passed from their movie day as their eyes are too tired to watch more so they called it a day and slowly bid good-byes to each other before going to their designated rooms, Momo also bid her goodbye to others and to Dahyun that was still on the couch and stood up before going to her room but suddenly the younger girl held softly her wrist making her halt in steps.

"What is it Dahyun?" Momo asked softly the pale girl who was looking on her hands.

"Uhm? C-can you j-join me in the bed tonight? I-I mean if you wanted too." Dahyun said while her gaze is still on the ground.

Momo was shocked lightly since Dahyun became clingy on her today but she can't deny the fact that she was enjoying the youngers company so she said yes and Dahyun smiled widely at her answer before dragging both of them into the maknaes room.

The two settled in Dahyun's bed quietly since the other two maknaes are already in their deep slumber as they approach the room.

Like earlier, Momo was still the big spoon since she was much taller than Dahyun.

"Goodnight Momoring" Dahyun sleepily said and buried her face into Momo's neck, smelling her peach scent.

"Goodnight." Momo said while breathing heavily because of the sudden contact but the pale one didn't get a chance to hear it since she was already asleep so Momo had a greatest time to observe her face.

"You look beautiful everyday Dahyun, I wish I had the strongest courage to confess on you." the Japanese blonde whispered as she gave the younger a soft peck to her forehead.

Momo then, decided to closed her eyes and relishing now the feeling she had tonight, until the tiredness that she was finding for the past three days finally took over her body and decided to let her rest for the first time.
