Other Side of the Earth

: When Dahyun and Momo hadn't seen each other for 4 years. 🛫✈️

"Hi love!!" Dahyun excitedly said as she waved at her lover in the phone screen.

"Hello baby, how are you there?" Momo said on the other line.

"I'm fine, just the professor scold me earlier because I submitted late my project" Dahyun said while pouting.

"Aw my poor baby who's that dumbass I'm gonna kick his ass for making you sad." Momo said while showing her fist making the younger one laugh and shook her head slightly.

"By the way when will you go back here in Seoul? I really did miss you." Dahyun said while pouting.

"Sorry baby I really wanted also to go home but my job is making me impossible to travel back again there." Momo said as she stared at Dahyun pouty expression.

"That's fine, I know that you were only helping your parents in their business and besides you will be the next CEO so that added up the reasons why you can't go back." Dahyun sadly said while slowly playing the promise ring that Momo gave to her before she go back in Japan.

"I really sorry Dahyunie, I promise that I'll go back there to spend time with you, but not-."

"Yeah, I know. Not now. You said it last year." Dahyun said and sigh as she remembered the times that Momo need to cancel her flight to Korea because of emergencies or sometimes important business meetings that causing both of them to spend less time on each other, they didn't also celebrate each others birthdays due to their busy schedules.

"Baby, I do really sorry. But I promise that I'll try to g-" Momo was cutted off when her secretary walks in the office to remind her that she will having a meeting with the other share holders in 10 minutes and after that walk away again after seeing her boss talking to someone on the phone.

"Well it looks like you need to prepare now. Call me again when you got home and goodluck." Dahyun said to break their mini silence and give the older one a small smile.

"Sure, take care there, I love you."

"I love you too, bye." Dahyun said and give here a flying kiss which made Momo to smile widely again and do the same before ending the call to prepare for her meeting.

"You look like a creep" another person said making Dahyun jump a bit in her seat, only to see her bestfriend standing in the doorframe while crossing her arms.

"Yah! Don't you know how to knock? And why are you here anyways?" Dahyun said while eyeing her friend who immediately go to their bed and dived in.

"Because I was bored and Mina was with your Momo so I don't have anyone to talk in the house besides myself in the mirror." her friend Chaeyoung sarcastically said while playfully rolling her eyes.

"Did Mina tell you when will they comeback?"

"Yeah I think she will comeback at mid of December"

"She only? How about Momo?"

"Mina said that Momo will still stay in Japan for few months for her company, she didn't say it to you?" Chaeyoung said as she eyed the now saddened girl.

"No. She didn't say anything to me earlier." Dahyun said and look down.

"Hey, hey, listen here pale one. Maybe Momo still had errands to do before going back here and pass again the company in care to her sister Sana so don't worry too much okay? She will go back soon." Chaeyoung said as she give her a hug to comfort her.

"I hope too."

"Are you sure you don't want to stay here?" Dahyun said as she escort Chaeyoung outside of their house.

"Nah, because Tzuyu is coming over for her life rants again so I better get going." Chaeyoung said making Dahyun to laugh remembering their other friend that always talk carefree about her day.

"Tell Tzuyu I say hi and please do tell me that rants tomorrow." Dahyun said and laugh before Chaeyoung give her a one last wave and drove away.

"Well I'm alone again, suck this life." Dahyun mumbled as she kick the tiny rocks in the road before going back again to their house.

The pale Korean later found herself sitting in the couch while boringly watching random stuffs in the television and munching some popcorn and her phone was on her right hand.

"Is she already home? Why she didn't calling me" Dahyun said and pout as she waits her girlfriend to facetime her again.

5 hours had passed yet no sign of Momo in the phone so Dahyun assumed that the older one was tired and forgot to call so she got up in the couch and prepare to sleep since it was Sunday tomorrow so she didn't have to worry on waking up late again.

Before Dahyun go to bed she texted Momo: 'hey you didn't call tonight :x maybe u were tired :> so goodnight hope u will call me tomorrow! 💗' and set her phone in the drawer beside her bed and laid back comfortably, thinking how many days does still Momo need to stay in Japan.

Dahyun just deeply sigh and forcedly closed her eyes, hoping that sleep will ruled on her body.

Because of tiredness, the younger girl didn't heard the fumbling sounds of doorknob being twisted open as a another person barged in quietly inside since it seen that the house was already dark and quiet.

The intruder continued to roam around until it reach the room where Dahyun was sleeping, slowly tiptoeing, the intruder softly sat on the bed as she scan the peacefully face of the younger girl while sleeping.

"How are you baby? gosh I did really miss your face." the intruder softly said while caressing carefully Dahyun's face, not realising that she was crying already.

The intruder continued to caressed her face until the younger slowly moved and open her eyes because of the sobbing sound until she met those perfect chocolate orbs that was staring at her intently.

"M-Momo?" Dahyun said, suddenly shot up to her bed and hug immediately the said girl until both of them are now a crying mess.

"H-hey. Sorry I was late to come home, traffic wa-" Momo was cutted off by the pair of lips that she surely missed for the past 4 years of their departure.

Their lips moved perfectly in sync as they saviour each others presence that they missed for the past years, but the kiss didn't last long as they parted slightly while staring at each other.

Both love and longing are present in their eyes as Dahyun once again hug the older one, afraid that she will leave again sooner.

"Pabo, y-you p-pabo! You didn't tell me you will go home sooner so I can prepare you s-some of your favourite dishes" Dahyun said while hiccuping and hugging more tighter the older Japanese.

"Sorry I want to suprise you and I successfully did it." Momo said while laughing softly and kissing the girl in her arms repeatedly.

The two continue to cuddle and talk endlessly on how much they missed each others presence while Momo was stealing glances and kisses to the younger one, saying that she missed doing it to her which caused Dahyun to blush madly and hide her face into her blonde locks.

The morning is slowly enveloping the atmosphere also their tired bodies but they didn't mind it and continue to reunite again their longing souls until both of them are tired enough and decided to sleep because tomorrow, they will not lonely facing the another day ahead of them again.
