If I were you
I would hug myself without a word

You would cry in my embrace.⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛⚛
Exhausted, tired, depressed.
That was Momo, the girl who barely smile and talk to everyone as she always keep herself away from anyone, not wanting to look weak infront of them.
But today wasn't a usual day as her bestfriend, Dahyun pestered her again about on having a bonding time since it's their 4year friendsarry. Momo think that it was stupid but deep inside the older one was happy because after all, there's a person who truly cares for her.
"Momoring! Come on we can go to the mall or in the arcade or in a park!" Dahyun said and pouted but the older one quickly shook her head while trying to focus on the game she was playing.
"Can we just stay here and play or watch some netflix series instead?" Momo spoke as she put down her phone and sigh. Dahyun didn't want to push the girl more since she knew that Momo was an introvert and prefer to stay inside rather than socializing so it's a miracle that they are friends besides, the pale one just want to spend more time to her bestfriend.
"Fine, but you better treat me food" Dahyun said and Momo smiled because the girl was so cute when pouting.
The two spend their whole day watching some random movies in the television while eating pizza in Momo's bed.
"Aigooo, my eyes can't watch anymore" Dahyun said while rubbing her eyes that was tired from watching 12hrs straight. Momo seen the tired expression of the younger so she decided to close the television and clean their mess before offering her a cuddle and the pale one immediately agreed on it.
After that, they fall on deep yet comfortable silence, only their deep breaths can only heard inside the room until Dahyun had enough and break it.
"Hey Momo?"
"Hmm?"
"How are you?" Dahyun asked making the older girl snapback in reality and faced her.
"Why did you ask it all of a sudden?" Momo said and immediately avoid the concerned gaze of the younger one.
"You were quiet a lot, when we a are watching you tend to comment randomly at the scenes yet you just keep your mouth shut and stare out of nowhere." Dahyun said and immediately sit to face Momo who was now focus at staring in the ceiling.
There's a long pause after that as Momo was still contemplating whether she would say the truth or believe in the voices inside her head that just lie and keep it all by yourself while on the other hand, Dahyun was patiently waiting for her response since she knew that the older one needed a time to think for it.
"I don't know if I was fine or not, all I can feel right now was tiredness" Momo sincerely spoke and Dahyun didn't dared to say a word but instead she encouraged the older one to let her heart out and Momo was glad because Dahyun was the only one who can understand her chaotic mind.
"I feel like I was in a small box filled with miseries, like I was the only person in this world that no one would care if I gone or die" Momo spoke as finally she let out the tears that her eyes trying to hide for the past months.
"I don't know what to do, the voices in my head won't stop either. I felt like a garbage, a waste, my whole life was a waste itself" Momo continued and she can feel that Dahyun was getting closer to her until a small yet warm arms hug her fragile frame while caressing her hair softly.
Momo can't continue anymore and just sobbed at Dahyun's arms, she was really grateful to have her. Come to think, all of Momo's friends left her saying that she was too weak or negative but the younger one accepted her as a whole and insisted to be her own personal pillow when she felt sad or depressed.
The older one knew that she was falling hard for the pale one but didn't want to confess as she didn't want to lose her by her side. Call her coward but Momo can't afford to lose someone she truly love.
"Momoring" Dahyun called out and that's enough for making Momo's heart skip a beat, the way she spoke her nickname was truly magical.
"Momoring, your life wasn't a trash in fact it was a blessing. All of us had a purpose on this earth because if we hadn't then why the deities waste their time to make us right?" Dahyun spoke while still hugging Momo and rocking their body softly back and forth to calm the older one in her arms.
"I don't know if I had a purpose"
"Yes you do! Your purpose was to love the people who was there for you, your purpose is to prove to them that you can do it! That you are a fighter" Dahyun encourage and Momo just look at her eyes with full of adoration, full of love, full of trust.
"Thank you, for always here, on my side. I don't know what to do if I lose you also" Momo spoke and tighten the grip on Dahyun's waist, afraid that the younger one will disappear like her other friends.
"Momoring, no matter how many times I will say it, I'll never get tired" Dahyun said as she lift up Momo's head and look into her eyes, showing her glistening crescent moon smile to the older one for assurance.
"No matter how hard or rough our life is" Dahyun continued while slowly leaning in until their noses touches each other.
"I'll never leave you until the end of my life" Dahyun whispered and finally kissed Momo who was in shock, seeing that her dreams came quickly but nonetheless cried and closed her eyes while kissing back fully the younger one to show how their feelings were indeed mutual.
It was raining hard outside but the two girls didn't mind as they now finally letting out their caged feelings for each other and no one even the voices inside of Momo's head can stop them for showing it to the world.
