❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦❦"ᴊᴇɴɴɪғᴇʀ, ʜᴏᴡ ᴄᴏᴜʟᴅ ʏᴏᴜ?" Anissa questioned Jennifer, seeing her sister knocked out on the couch made her enraged. "You know you had no right to hurt her."
Renee had a burn mark on her stomach from Jen. The electrical burn darkened her skin a bit more. Her shirt was easily ripped, they bandaged her up with ease but something else was going on with her body. A blue hue kept glowing around her body and Jen thought her eyes were playing tricks on her.
"I didn't mean to," Jennifer plopped down on the couch, "I told her to leave me alone and she kept annoying me. I'm not justifying it," she paused before Anissa got a chance to speak, "But she had it coming."
Anissa scoffed, she couldn't believe the words that were coming out of her sister's mouth. She decided to ignore the statement, placing a hot towel on Renee's head. "What's going on?" Jennifer shifted around, seeing the water droplets from the towel float in the air. "There's no way she's a Meta, call uncle Gambi," she repeatedly tapped on Anissa's shoulder who stood there in awe.
"There's no way," Anissa shook her head, seeing Renee's body glow again, "I think when you hit her you triggered something inside of her Jennifer."
"Oh yeah?" Jennifer narrowed her eyes at Renee in confusion. This whole ordeal confused her. "I think that you should call him, now Anissa." Agent Odell watched all of this from his camera, it was expected. He knew there was something, peculiar, about Renee. One moment she was calm, calm like a stream, and other days it was like she was a tsunami. She'd wait for her anger to build up and then release it on anyone close to her.
"You still haven't been here Anissa, dad's been working with the ASA and so has mom. You don't understand," Jennifer groaned seeing Renee twitch. Her body turning into a full stage of water and then back to normal. Anissa ignored Jennifer, trying to wake up Renee from her sleep.
"Renee?" Anissa placed her hand on Renee's cheek, "it's going to be okay, just wake up," on cue Renee's eyes fluttered open. They seemed to be a different color, an aquamarine color.
"Are you okay?" Anissa smiled seeing Renee look around. Renee's breathing started to increase rapidly, she backed away from Jennifer. All she could see were Jennifer's red eyes. Renee held up her hand, seeing the blue hue around it.
"What's going on? Stay away from me," she backed away even further from Jennifer. She had a massive headache and this blue hue around her freaked her out.
Jennifer ignored her, grabbing Renee's arm she tried pulling Renee up but felt a certain numbing to her right arm.
Icicles covered Jennifer's entire left arm, Renee immediately pulled back, seeing her sister in pain.
"What did you do?" Anissa ran up to Jennifer who seemed to be in pain, "Renee, stop." Jennifer couldn't even move her hand in the slightest, she was frozen.
"I can't feel anything Anissa," Jennifer groaned, feeling the circulation of blood slow down a bit. Renee's breathing increased, immediately sprinting out of the front door. She had to go somewhere.
Anywhere but here.
'I'm not a meta, I'm not meta,' she tucked her arm into her pocket, keeping her head down. She could hear Anissa yelling a couple of blocks away, that caused her to continue sprinting. The street lights shown on her and it reeked of marijuana in that area.
