Sylvia clenched her pistol as she squinted and her sapphire eyes locked on the distant shooting target.

She squeezed the trigger and as the bullet pierced through the center of the target she shifted slightly before parting her dainty lips as she exhaled faintly.

"How long do you plan to be here?" A firm, but gentle voice asked.

Sylvia shrugged as she lowered her silver caliber and glanced at the brunette behind her whose green eyes glistened radiantly.

"Why are you training so hard? It's not like we have a war going on or anything," Amy said softly as she put her hand on her small hip.

"You never know when something's going to happen," Sylvia said bluntly.

"Ah well you were always one for preparing for the worst I suppose," Amy said gently as she fiddled with a lock of her dark brown hair. For just a moment, she glanced out of a large window before looking solemnly at Sylvia again and resting her hand by her side, "Well...I'm going to start heading home now y'know how those sniveling little dictators are."

Sylvia nodded and said quietly, "Yeah, I understand. I'll see you around then."

"Yeah, see ya," Amy said faintly, as she walked out of the spacious building. As she walked away her footsteps faded.

Meanwhile, Sylvia sighed quietly and raised her pistol again.

She continued firing at multiple targets for a while before eventually giving it a rest.

She brought her weapon to her side and stuffed it hastily into her thick belt.

With a quick spin on her heel, she made her way towards the entrance and as soon as she stepped outside she was met with a slap of cool wind to her face.

The moon loomed high above the dark azure sky and the gusts of wind made Sylvia's silky ebony hair sway gently.

Sylvia couldn't help, but notice the dark gray smoke billowing in the air in the distance. She shook her head slowly.

The towns were really a disaster without a structured government and Sylvia hoped that the candidates running for a leadership position were as good as they seemed.

After all, the country really needed a leader and not just one that foolishly acts as if they're a leader.

Sylvia stuffed her hands in her leather pockets and began walking home rapidly.

When she arrived at her house which was near the entrance to the woods she sighed heavily before eventually unlocking the door.

She was met with the warmth of the building as soon as she stepped inside the house.

She slowly closed the door and as she walked down the hall, she heard pans clattering on the floor.

"Ow!"

Sylvia walked into the kitchen and crossed her arms over her chest before raising her brow.

"Sylvie do you need help?" Sylvia asked her twin wearily.

"Huh," Sylvie said as she turned around. Her mob of straight, silky ebony hair cascaded below her back as she turned, "No.. Last time you helped me you burned the food!"

"Ok ok well I'm sorry for trying to help you," Sylvia said as she raised her hands in defense, "You know it's not my-"

"Shh!" Sylvie said quickly, "You're going to make me miss this."

"Hello everyone, my name is John and welcome back to the late night show."

Sylvia glanced rapidly at her twin, clearly unamused.
