my mind is slowly processing what is happening around me as i wake up in a unfamiliar bed. everything around me is blurry due to the fact that i just woke up. when everything becomes clear, i stand up quickly to see that im in a strange building that i've never been in before. "how did i end up here?" i ask myself quietly, right before i hear a gentle voice behind me say:
"ask yourself, you were the one stumbling in here at 3 am."
i jump at the sudden voice behind me.
"aACK-"
is the only thing that escapes my mouth as i quickly turn around to look at the figure behind me, only to find myself blushing at a tall handsome man.
"w-what? i wasn't even up at 3 am! what do you mean?"
"then explain this."
he pulled out his phone and showed me a photo of me with a bottle of alcohol in my hand, holding around some random statue in the other. it looked like i was trying to have a conversation with it.
"WHAT? i don't remember that happening! i must have been drunk. i clearly remember going to sleep last night."
"(god, this is so embarrassing!)" i thought to myself as i squinted my eyes shut, with a small shade on my cheeks.
"no need to be embarrassed. getting drunk, it happens to the most of us. tell me Y/N, where do you live? i wouldn't mind driving you home."
"h-how do you know my name?"
"you told me yesterday. while you were drunk."
"ah. whats yours?"
"my name is Midas. i'm the boss here at the agency, pleasure to meet you, since you were wasted last time i met you."
"i'm so sorry. i shouldn't have come here. i can get home on my own, i probably don't live far away from here. thank you for taking care of me"
"my pleasure. bye darling"
hearing these words sent redness all over my cheeks. no one has ever called me that before, not even my own parents. i turn back around and send a quick wave to show him how it blushed me out, so he wouldn't think that he said anything wrong. i then ran out the door with a slight smile on my face.
