You need a few things from your opponent first- and by that I mean,
1. They have to be skilled in combat themselves. -I assume this is because they'll generally focus more on your weapons more-
2. They have to have had, a near death experience before this.
Also you yourself will need to have two weapons. Though this is only if your wanting to do it like in the anime.
You need to distract your opponent, in my opinion I would say have one weapon in your hand, then drop it. Their attention will (most likely- hopefully) stay on the weapon dropping, or the second weapon. Which I would have visible- though make it look like it was badly hidden. Then, run up to them as fast as you can, and clap your hands as loud as you possibly can in front of their face, and now you have a few seconds to disarm, or knock out this person- or worse, though I'm not encouraging that-
Keep in mind, this is all for self-defense. But this, is how you Stun Clap.
