They had made love that night. Both felt at peace in the middle of the ongoing Wizarding War.

When morning came, they woke up still in each other's arms.

"Good morning, beautiful," Harry greeted her grinning.

Hermione blushed, he never called her that before. "Good morning too, handsome," she replied cheekily kissing him softly on the lips.

They stood up quickly to get dressed.

"I'll cook today," Hermione told him.

"Alright, dear. I will just check outside," he answered.

They had kissed again for the remainder of the day, but talked and continued planning for their quest.

They had made love again that night, thinking that they might as well feel loved and safe together in the center of the war.

They had decided to stay for a few more days on the Forest of Dean to wait for Ron's return.

While they were planning to go to Harry's parents ruined house, Harry decided to ask Hermione about their relationship now that they can't seem to take their hands off each other. Kissing by day and making love at night for the past three days now.

"Hermione," Harry started, he was quite nervous about the issue, but they need to straighten it out for their benefit. He loves Hermione now more than ever and wants her to be his, even though he knows that there is a huge possibility of dying when he faces Voldemort.

She saw his nervousness immediately, knowing him for so long. The thought passed her that Harry was just lonely for affection so he suddenly wanted her in a romantic way. Stress can do that to you, especially knowing that you may die any day. But, she trusts him and hopes what they feel for each other is true love.

"I know it's not the right time to say this but, I want you to know that I love you so much," Harry told her. "When all of this is over, and I survived it, I want us to get married," he added seriously.

Hermione was taken aback by Harry's words. He looked at her waiting for her reply.

"You will survive it Harry, we will survive this war," she told him firmly. "And yes, I would also want us to get married," she said smiling at him.
