After Highschool Lauren went to Stanford University while Camila went to Columbia University

Camila hated traveling all the way home just to talk with her mom about how dad is still at the house drunk off his ass as her little sister runs around getting used to the fact that there was a random stranger in her house

"Hey Jaureguis" Camila barged into the jauregui house hold it's normal for the family now after many breaks from College where Camila would barge through the door the first time it happened Lauren's mother almost had a heart attack

"Babe!" Lauren jumped up from the couch and flung into Camila's arms said girl dropped her bags and hugged Lauren tightly around the waist

"I've missed you" Lauren mumbled into Camila's neck

"I've missed you too baby" Camila kissed the side of Lauren's head

"I've got to go talk with my mom I'll come back over here and we can do whatever you want" Camila bent down and grabbed her stuff as she came up she kissed Lauren before turning and walking out the house making her way to hers

As Camila walked into the house she was attacked by the smell of Mexican food while Hispanic music played Camila smiled as she heard Sofies laughs the smile flattered once she heard a grown mans laugh

Camila softly shut the door behind her listening to her mothers laugh join in Camila sets her stuff done making her way into the kitchen and what she saw shocked her to no end

"What the!" Camila exclaimed as she sees Sofie running around dancing to the music as her mother swayed to the music while Camila's father had his arms around her waist swaying with her as well

Camila's father turned around smiling Camila's mother continued cook as she watched the situation play out Sofie didn't notice anything still dancing to the music with her crazy dance moves

"Welcome home!" Camila was a little unsettled at her fathers kindness and sober words

"What happened is this dream someone pinch me" Camila shook her head

"Ow!" Camila yelped as Sofie pinched her Camila knew that a lot of other things hurt way more but she did it because it made Sofie smile

And that's what her six year old sister did she looked up at her with a sweet toothy smile a few teeth missing

"What you said someone pinch you" Camila melted at how good and cute Sofias English was

"I didn't mean acutely but now I know this ain't a dream" Camila glared at father

"Can I talk with you outside" Camila's father ordered making his to the backyard as Camila goes to follow him her mother stops her

"Be nice" Camila's softly said before going back to cooking as she started to laugh as Sofie started her crazy dances moves again

"I went to rehab after you left" Camila's father sighed turning around to face his daughter the last break Camila had she either stayed in her room and yelled at her father that he was a piece of shit and he needed to go to rehab or she was out with her girlfriend hanging with her friends

"Oh finally after you live here for almost two years" Camila growled rolling her eyes

"Hey it takes time to finally admit to yourself you need help" Camila's father had a glazed look in his eyes

"Yeah yeah I'll be nice if you don't hurt my mom again" Camila took a step forward with a glare her father stood up more straight keeping his stance

"I promise with my whole heart I won't hurt her again ever" Camila could tell he was telling the truth but she still had doubts

Camila turned and walked back inside a little less tense and more care free

"So mamí whatcha making" Camila walked into the kitchen kissing her mothers cheek before sitting on a stool at the kitchen island

"You're favorite Chiles en nogada" Camila almost drooled at the thought of it

"Well I'm going back over to Lauren's we might go out so text me when dinners done" Camila got up from her stool

"She'll come running" Sofie giggles as Camila high fives her

"True" Camila chuckled before turning to walk out of the kitchen

"Is Lauren that girlfriend of yours" Camila froze at her fathers voice she slowly turned around to her father who was leaning against the counter by her mother

"Told her I said hi and thanks for keeping you check" Camila's father laughed as his daughter flipped him off as she walked away

"Hey babe do you want to go and hang out with Normani Lucy Dinah and Ariana" Lauren's voice was the first thing Camila heard as she walked through the Jauregui door

"Sure" Camila shrugged grabbing Lauren from the couch waving goodbye to her parents and dragging her outside

"Hey!" Lauren chuckled as Camila kissed her passionately pushing her up against the house

"Oh now I see why you dragged me out here" Lauren breathes out with a lustful look in her eyes

"You know you could have brung me upstairs right" Lauren laughed at Camila's face of disgust

"Too much work" Camila waved it off throwing her arm around a laughing Lauren making their over to Lauren's Jeep

"Normani said that Dinah made a new friend her names Ally and she's really sweet" Lauren informed Camila as she started the Jeep

"Dinah making nice friends that's new" Camila laughed Lauren looked over to her confused

"What do you mean?" Lauren asked instead of answering Camila leaned over and tickled the girl she loved

"Stop I need to drive woman!"Lauren exclaimed as she hit Camila's hands away pulling out of her drive way Camila chuckled and rested her head against the window realizing that Lauren didn't know almost anything about her life
