I opened my eyes slowly. My face was still pressed against Coach's chest, I was about to move away slowly but he was clearly already awake.
"Good morning." His voice rough and croaky.
"Hey, have you been awake long?"
"About ten minutes maybe." He shuffled up the bed, I lifted my head so it didn't end up laying in his crotch.
"You should have woken me up." He shook his head in response.
"No, you seemed so peaceful." He stroked my hair.
"Are you ok?" He questioned, clearly in reference to the tattered state of my emotions last night.
I nodded slowly, I don't think either of us bought it but he didn't press further.
"Have you decided what you want to do today?"
"Just spend the day in Reykjavik I guess? We can check out that pool you recommended..." he smiled, taking this as a positive sign I was shaking off whatever grey cloud was hanging over my head.

We got dressed and Coach drove us in to Reykjavik with the car he'd borrowed from his friend. I wondered what they were doing without the car but it didn't seem important right now. There were a few times the car seemed to skid on the snow covered roads, I shot intense glares at Coach as if it was his fault, he grinned sheepishly.

Coach parked down a side street off of Laugavegur, I opened the car door and stepped out into the cold, I was pleasantly surprised that it had again mellowed out a little compared to the blizzard from last night.
"What do you want for breakfast?" I looked sheepishly at him, scared he would judge me.
"I really fancy a hotdog...."
"Then a hotdog you shall have!" He said dramatically, grinning from ear to ear. He started to walk down the street, almost as if out of habit my hand reached out, my fingers locking into place with his. For some reason he looked down and seemed surprised. Maybe it was the fact we were in the street and it was a lot busier in Reykjavik than the other locations we had been intimate. I panicked and tried to release his hand from my grip but he clenched tighter, holding my hand in place.

We made our way down to the harbour and joined the queue for the hotdog stand, it didn't open for another ten minutes but already had a lengthy queue, I wouldn't have understood this on my first day in Reykjavik but it made complete sense to me now. As the queue dwindled and we approached the ordering window Coach asked if I wanted the same as I had before. I nodded excitedly. Coach ordered the hotdogs, taking on that sexy confidence he had when he spoke Icelandic. We sat at one of the few benches just across from the stand. I couldn't help but notice, Coach was doing something with his hotdog, out of the corner of my eye.
I turned towards him and he chuckled as he flicked his tongue over the end of the hotdog before he pushed it in and out of his mouth while moaning.
I turned around quickly to see if anyone was watching.
"You're such a kid!" My tone half serious but trailing off into laughter.
"Jealous huh?" He nudged me in the side playfully.
"Jealous my ass!" I bit into the hotdog forcefully while maintaining eye contact , I raised my eyebrow in warning. He winced as if he could imagine the pain.

I chuckled to myself as I remembered this is where we were the first time Coach caressed my lips with his thumb, and I was so mad about it. Look at us now, I'd eat all the hotdogs in the world if it meant he'd continue to show me affection.
When we finished our hotdogs we walked down towards Harpa so we could walk up along the waterfront.
"Did you get some photos of Harpa?" Coach asked inquisitively.
"I tried but the snow was a pain!"
"Come on, let's go get you some."
He grabbed my hand and pulled me along as he jogged towards the building.

I passed him my phone as he waved me to take further steps back.
He tried to get me to pull some stupid poses, I agreed to the first few but then he started making ridiculous suggestions, clearly trying to test how far I was willing to go.
He held out my phone to my face as I approached him.
"Stunning right? The building isn't bad either."
I scoffed at how cheesy he was.
"I've just realised...I haven't really bought any souvenirs!"
"That's ok, we can walk along the water and then turn onto Laugavegur." It was handy having my own walking, talking and sexy map.
