After I finished high school I decided not to go to college because I found no interest in it. I always knew I wanted work a job that allowed me to have control fully and Harry's situation allowed that which I was more than thankful for because working for your own services doesn't always pay good money.

He moved in because I didn't want to let go of the house and also we loved being here so everyone was happy really.

We were done with Safaa's adoption papers so everything was settled. I was her legal responsible figure along with Harry.

She was all grown up now, a gorgeous young lady. She kept making us incredibly proud. She was so smart and was still our little bundle of joy, always grinning and positive about everything.

When she got old enough to understand the situation, we explained to her what really happened. She cried a lot and it broke my heart into pieces but she is strong and she learned to make a strength out of all this sadness.

Louis had married Eleanor and they were now proud parents of a wonderful baby boy called Freddie that looks just like him. He was the happiest and it warmed my heart because he really deserved it after everything that he's been through.

Freddie was a beautiful giggly boy and he made me the happiest uncle. I loved watching him which was really often because his parents seemed to be quite addicted to...playing chess.

So most of those times, we would take him home and bring him back at the end of the weekend or the day after.

Today we were visiting my parent and sisters graves, I came here only once a year on the specific day but today I decided that I needed to go.

I actually felt like I grieved now, Safaa was going to enter college and I was nearing 30 so it was about time to stop fearing going there. I tried going alone but I just couldn't so I asked Harry to come along.

I cried, a lot and talked and cried some more. But after I felt so much better. All I hoped for was that they were proud of Safaa and I.

I sent Lou a message to tell him that I finally went to the graves and smiled when he immediately replied telling me how proud of me he was and how much he loved me and missed me. We literally saw each other yesterday but that's Lou for you!

Being a father and husband and living his busy life, he always made time for us. Just like he promised. The bestest of friends. I turned off my phone and squeezed Harry's hand in mine, sighing contently at the comforting warmth.

With Harry by my side, I felt that we would be alright. He is my light at the end of the tunnel. Together we will forever shine.

So that's the end of the story babes. I don't know if I like it like it's meh I guess. Hope you enjoyed it despite my unscheduled uploads and the fact that I literally took 3 years to finish this story. Love you so much! Xx
