Chapter Nine (TaskMaster)

~~~~~Gold's POV~~~~~~

My ears are ringing. I began to see some like as I opened my eyes. What happened? Who attacked me?

"Good you're finally awake." A male voice said.

My eyes started to focus but blinded by a blinding light in front of me.

"Wha, who's there?!" I said, I needed to hear that voice again, cause I think I've heard it before.

"Well, you'll remember me as TaskMaster young one." TaskMaster Said showing his face in front of the light.

His eyes were amber like mine, but his were more creepy.

"What do you want from me, Tasky?" I said.

"Cute, already on to nicknames. What I want is you." He said.

"Well ya, why would you have kidnaped me if you didn't need me for anything." I said unimpressed.

He Scoffed.

"Your power is most extraordinary, creating things with your mind." 

"Well, thanks but I can't make big things...." I said annoyed.

"Have you ever tried?" He said as if he wasn't wanting to use my power for evil.

"Only once." I scoffed, "What do you want me to make, cause I ain't making you any weapons, and if you kill me you don't get anything." 

"True, I can't kill you, thanks way I ain't gonna." He said.

We stared at each other for a while. He turned off the light.

"Okay, this might sound weird, but you're my favourite Villain." I just said cause why not.

"Why thank you," I couldn't tell if he was smirking cause he was wearing a skeleton mask, but I won't think he would be.

We went silent again. I can't fight him cause he can copy my moves except for my power. I smirked.

My hands weren't tide to gather, but I had limited movement. My feet were tide tho. But there is still a possibility I could escape, but it's not a guaranty.

"Tasky, be specific on what kind of weapon you want, cause I'm not prefacer X, I can't read your mind." I said to him.

TaskMaster was prepared for this, he got a sketch done, not the best sketch, I mean he may be able to copy fighting skills but he can't copy art skills, he'll have to learn that.

"Okay, I'll try, but I'm going to warn you, it might take a few tries and al long time." I said.

"Thats okay, I am a very patient person Mrs. Fly." Taskmaster replied as he leaned on a table and crossed his arms.

"With you watching it's kinda distracting, I can't focus." I said trying to get him out of the room.

"Well you're going to half to deal with it." TaskMaster spat back at me.

I growl a little bit, then I got I more reasonable plan.

He just watched me as I created his weapon "exactly" like he wanted.

"All done..." I said as he came over and took it. I gave a smirk as his back was turned to me.

"Hmm, now let's see if you did what was asked of you." Taskmaster turned around again a pointed the weapon at me.

I acted scared, "What are you doing? I did as you asked?!" I looked into his eyes.

"I have to test it out first." He said pulling the trigger.

Nothing happened. I smirked. "As expected you made it defective. Don't worry I have something for that." He said.

"Defective or just delayed?" I smiled as a golden cadge formed around him and under him. 

"You just asked signed your death wish Gold Fly." TaskMaster pulled a little detonator out of one of his pouches.

I just smirked as he pushed the button and nothing happened. 

"Oh, and since you insisted no teach would be able to work during a blast, I made it that nothing tech related devises of any kind will work in there. Your welcome TaskMaster." I said with a smirk.

Just then a gold glow came from my hands and I created a key and unlocked the chains and the things that where holding back my feet.

I take a bow and make a glowing orb around the cage he was in, blew a hole in the roof and flew out. We were in a wear-house, cliché villain hide out. 

I created another communicator and called my team.

"Wow Dragon, I'm impressed." Spidey said as he and the team swing'd in.

"Your victory and safety is a luxury." Fist said smiling.

"Yea, what he said." Nova said.

"honestly, from the expertness of TaskMaster in the past, this was the fastest anyone took him down alone." Tiger said.

"Nice work D." Power Man said patting me on the back.

Shield took Taskmaster.  

We all went to an ice cream cart and then went to relax by the bride, we all looked at the view. It was beautiful the suns reflection on the Hudson. 

I got tiger tail, Danny got strawberry, Ava and Luke got mint, Sam got vanilla, and Peter has chocolate.

Tiger Tail ice cream is the best flavour ever, in my opinion. Me and Danny sat beside each other.

Watching as the sun slowly went over the horizon, and night came over. Stars in the sky, moon glowing.
