It was late at night and everyone finished decorating the Mushroom Kingdom for the festival, celebrating what they thought is their victory against King K. Rool. They all then went back to their homes to call it a night, though, SMG4, Tari, Saiko and Fishy Boopkins live in the castle with Ajna and Toad. They then went back to their rooms and got ready to go to sleep. SMG4 and Tari were in their room and were getting ready to go to sleep.
SMG4:*Climbs into bed and yawns* Good night, Tari.
Tari:*Climbs into bed with SMG4 and smiles* Good night, Glitchy. Love you.
SMG4:Love you too.
SMG4 and Tari then pecked each other on the lips and drifted off to sleep so they can be well-rested and ready for the festival tomorrow. It was the next day and Tari was the first one to wake up. She got out of bed and stretched when she sat up right and went to use the bathroom. Before she got out, SMG4 woke up and got out of bed.
Tari:*Walks out of the bathroom and smiles* Good morning, sweetie. *Kisses SMG4's cheek*
SMG4:Good morning, beautiful.
Tari:Let's go ahead and get ready, the festival's today.
SMG4:Okay.
SMG4 and Tari then started to get ready for the festival today. After they did, they walked out of their room to surprisingly seeing no one was inside, not even Toad.
Tari:Maybe they're outside already.
SMG4:Let's go check.
When SMG4 and Tari went outside, they didn't see anyone out there, either. It was like the town was deserted.
Tari:Hello? Mario? Luigi? Anyone?
SMG4:Meggy? John? Gabe? Where is everyone?
Tari:This is really scary. Let's head inside, maybe we'll find some answers.
SMG4 and Tari then walked back inside the castle in hopes of finding their missing friends. But when they walked in, they saw the double door upstairs open and they saw someone they immediately recognized, but was disturbed to see them. It was Ajna, except she appears robotic with heavy, robotic footsteps echoing and her glowing, red eyes.
Tari:AHHHH! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!
Roboticized Ajna:How good to see you... I was wondering when you two will awake... Will you surrender yourself and be perfect, just like me?
SMG4 and Tari:No!
SMG4:Ajna! It's us! SMG4 and Tari!
Roboticized Ajna:Wrong answer, right answer. No matter... Your replies will get you no where... Goodbye...
Suddenly, the floor below them opened, causing them to look down and gulp.
SMG4:OH SHIT!
SMG4 and Tari:*Start falling down* AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
They continued to fall until they hit the ground. They both then got up and wiped the dust off their clothes. They both eventually jumped when they heard what sounded like someone screaming.
???:HELP~! SOMEONE HELP ME!
SMG4 and Tari then started to follow the sound of the person yelling for help and eventually saw Andrea strapped to the wall trying to break free.
Andrea:Hey! C-Can you two help me, please?!
SMG4:Yeah, don't worry! Come on, Tari. Let's get her down.
Tari:Okay.
SMG4 and Tari then removed the restraints that were keeping Andrea strapped on the wall and helped her get up.
