Part 4: Luke's POV:
"Idiot!"
I screamed at myself. I can't believe i left the picture out. I wish she had given me time to explain... But wishes don't fix anything. I took the glasses of wine to the living room and sat alone on the couch. I downed both glasses of wine in only six gulps, and sat the empty glasses on the table.
"You know Lydian, you cause more trouble lately than you ever had before. I miss you babe. I'm so sorry." I started sobbing uncontrollably. I just needed someone to hold me, and tell me they loved me, but i'm alone here. I'll live alone, i'll die alone. It's life.Your POV:
It seems that lately every guy only wants in my pants, or just uses me. I knew there was something off about that Luke guy. It really didn't matter anymore.
As i walked past the skating rink, i saw happy people smiling, laughing, some falling.. What does it feel like to be loved? I'll never truly know. Life is lonely, and that's just the way it is. I turned on 58th street, which was a block away from home. I was taking the long way back just to get my mind off things. I walked for only a few minutes until i came across a cross with flowers hanging on it. The cross read "Lydian Grace Albertson December 12, 2013."
I looked at the picture and...
The picture was the same one i found on Luke's end table.
Right then i knew i had made a mistake.
I turned and ran as fast as i could back towards Luke's. I had to know. I had to apologize.
