Agreed

Chapter 5

It was Ashido.

Sighing, I went over to them. I've had enough of mediocre and not-completely-terrible ideas.

"Todoroki! Perfect timing!" Yaoyorozu blurted.

"Why?" I asked.

"We're planning a trip to the beach next weekend. We could all leave Friday late afternoon and come back around Sunday night." Mina explained.

"Shouldn't you guys just make that a 'girl's getaway?'...er I think that's what it'd be called.."

Yaoyorozu chuckled.

"Did I say something wrong?"

"No! You just- ah..never mind." She said quickly.

"Anyway, you wanna come?" Mina asked.

I once again sighed.

The only thing that going on a trip would do is attract problems.

I thought about it again. It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world either.. It'd also be rather nice to go on a trip...

"I'll go." I murmured hoping I wouldn't regret the decision.

"Yes! We got Todoroki to come! We just need to ask everyone else now." Ashido gushed.

Deciding that I'd go back to my dorm for a while, I began to walk towards the elevator.

To my dismay, Bakugo was heading in my direction.

I didn't feel like it was necessary to make eye contact with so I continued walking while staring at my feet.

"Bakugo! You're coming on our trip next week!"

I stopped for a moment.

"YOU DIDNT EVEN ASK ME FIRST!"

"So you're coming on the trip with us?" Ashido asked.

"No." He stated bluntly.

It's still odd to see how accustomed they've become to his yelling.

The fact that this is "improvement" from him is ridiculous. Though, at least he's not AS obnoxious as he previously was.

"Aww, why not?" She asked.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?! You gave me no information about the stupid trip!"

Relief flooded over me. He probably wouldn't go on the trip, so I won't have to worry about him being annoying and yelling.

I continued walking towards the stairs and headed towards my dorm.

The week ended up going by much faster than I expected. Classes were average as usual, and Bakugo avoided me like the plague despite our agreement to forget that night.

I have no problem with him avoiding me though. I kind of prefer him keeping his distance.

Ashido and Yaoyorozu had apparently managed to convince almost everyone else to go on the trip. Except Mineta of course. They told me that they wanted to enjoy themselves at the beach and not have a creepy, pervy purple boy there.

I was packed and ready to go a bit earlier than some of my other classmates, so I decided that I'd go see what Midoriya was doing.

I knocked on his door.

"Coming!" He shouted.

He opened the door, appearing to be in a rush.

"Oh! Todoroki!"
"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I finished packing for the trip and wasn't sure what to do."

"Really? You're finished already?"

"It's only a two day trip. There isn't much to pack for."

"Yeah that is true.."

"Anyhow, are you almost done?"

"Yeah! It should take me another 8 minutes."

"Do you want me to help you?" I offered.

"That would be nice."

Getting on the bus, I looked around for a seat that would be most comfortable.

I found a seat on the bus, sat down and closed my eyes.

I felt someone sit next to me.

Already knowing who was sitting next to me, I figured that it'd be best to keep my eyes closed and drift off to sleep.
