Taehyung and Jihyung arrived in California.
Jihyung: "We should probably go buy you new clothes."
Taehyung: "Right. Oh, I don't have my phone."
Jihyung: "She took it huh?"
Taehyung: "Yeah."
Jihyung: "I'll buy you a new phone then."
Taehyung: "No, it's fine-
Jihyung: "Just let me buy your things for you. I took you here anyways."
Taehyung: "Okay fine."
They went to the store to buy all the things Tae needed.
Back in Korea.
Tzuyu: "Anything?"
Guard 1: "Yes, one thing."
Tzuyu: "What is it?"
Guard 2: "We saw him run to a cafe afterwards. He was with someone but didn't recognize him. They got a taxi after talking and went to the airport."
Tzuyu: "What? But it's too late to get a flight-
Guard 3: "The guy he was with had a private jet Ms. Chou. He's with someone who has a lot of money. There's a possibility that he has guards with him too but we don't know that much. Do you know anyone like that?"
Tzuyu: "No, not at the moment."
Guard 4: "What are we gonna tell his friends?"
Tzuyu: "Act like you don't know, but I'll tell my unnies. Find out where that jet went as soon as possible. You may leave."
The guards bowed and left.
Tzuyu: "So, you already knew about me Tae. I'm going to find you."
In California.
Taehyung: "Thank you for buying me all this."
Jihyung: "No problem. We should go to my place and rest. We've been up this whole time."
Taehyung: *yawns* "Yeah, I can go for a nap right now."
Jihyung: "Lets go then."
They got an Uber and went to Jihyung's mansion. After settling Tae in his room, they both took a nap.
Two hours later Tae woke up from his nap and went downstairs to the kitchen. He saw Jihyung was already up and making them something to eat.
Jihyung: "Did you enjoy the bed?"
Taehyung: "Yeah, it was pretty comfy."
Jihyung: *chuckles* "Sit down, the foods almost ready."
They both sat down and ate.
Taehyung: "So, how was Tzuyu in high school?"
Jihyung: "Hmm. Well, she was innocent, cute, and always did her homework. She was the smartest out of the whole school. But I don't know why she wanted me as her boyfriend."
Taehyung: "Why do you say that?"
Jihyung: "I was a bad kid. I hung out with the popular kids, bullied other students, stole their homework, and was a pain in the ass to the teachers."
Taehyung: "Really?"
Jihyung: "Yep, but I would be nice around Tzuyu. She just had that power to me. But when I was locked up in her house, I realized that I shouldn't have done those things. I don't know how many other guys have gone through it."
Taehyung: "As far as I know, she's only dated two guys after you. After you it was a guy named Vernon who cheated on her but she let him go and then me."
Jihyung: "Woah, wait. Why did she let him go if he cheated then?"
Taehyung: "That's a good question."
Jihyung: "Did you meet her when she was with Vernon?"
Taehyung: "Yeah."
Jihyung: "Then I think she had eyes on you which was why she let him go."
Taehyung: "Oh my god. That just have me the shivers."
Jihyung: "How long have you two been together?"
Taehyung: "I'd say like a few months, maybe two."
Jihyung: "Oh, so you haven't been together for that long. That's good."
Taehyung: "Why is that a good thing?"
Jihyung: "She hasn't gotten herself too attached to you yet. But for me, she was. Let's not talk about it."
Taehyung: "Oh, okay."
Jihyung: "Have you been here before?"
Taehyung: "Yeah, a few times for tour. But I don't really know my way around here."
Jihyung: "Hmm, I'll tour you around today then. Get ready."
The two got ready and left. They walked around the area Jihyung's house was.
Jihyung: "This is the book store. Inside is a cafe and fast food restaurant."
Taehyung: "Oh okay."
Jihyung: "Then if you continue down this street, it'll be downtown L.A. where all the expensive stores are like Gucci, Channel, Louis Vuitton, and all that jazz. It's also where you'll meet celebrities if you're lucky."
Taehyung: "Really?"
Jihyung: "Yeah. Do you want to go there? We can if you want."
Taehyung: "No it's fine. We can go tomorrow since it is getting late."
Jihyung: "Okay."
They headed back home to sleep for the night. Tae took his Apple Watch off and charged it. Little did he know, someone was trying to track it.
South Korea.
Jihyo: "Yah, we told you not to do this Tzu."
Nayeon: "How did he even escape?"
Tzuyu: "I don't know."
Chaeyoung: "Did your ex meet him by chance?"
They all thought about it.
Tzuyu: "There's no way."
Jeongyeon: "Was he acting suspicious?"
Tzuyu: "Yeah, a few nights ago when he left school a little later, he asked me if I was hiding anything from him. I told him no, but he was still suspicious of me."
Mina: "Then Daejung did meet Tae! Put it together girls!"
(Daejung was Jihyung's old name when Tzuyu was dating him but he had to change it so she wouldn't look for him anymore.)
Tzuyu: "But the guy Tae ran away with didn't even look like Daejung! I looked at the camera footage!"
Chaeyoung: "He could've changed his looks!"
Dahyun: "And his name! C'mon Tzuyu!"
Sana: "I thought you were the smartest out of all of us!"
Momo: "But the real question is, how did your ex even know you were dating Taehyung?"
Tzuyu: "He probably goes to our college. Or he heard from others."
Nayeon: "Well do you know where he is?"
Tzuyu: "My guards are looking right now, but the person who told Tae about all of this, could have guards."
Jihyo: "Why do you say that?"
She looked at them.
Tzuyu: "Because the guy Tae was with, had a private jet and flew somewhere."
Just then, her guards came in.
Tzuyu: "What is it?"
Guard 3: "We tracked his Apple Watch."
Tzuyu: "Where is he?"
Guard 2: "L.A., California.
Tzuyu: "Get us a plane there now!"
The guards left to get a jet to leave to California.
Mina: "You're really going?"
Tzuyu: "Yes."
Jeongyeon: "You better not cause any trouble in America Tzuyu."
Jihyo: "If you do, we're not coming to help you."
Tzuyu: "I won't-
Sana: "You don't even know for sure who the guy is that Tae's with!"
Momo: "What if his guards kill you?"
Tzuyu: "They won't. I'm going to get Tae back because I love him. I would never hurt him like how I did to Daejung."
She walked out the door without grabbing her already packed bag.
California.
It was morning for them so they went out and shopped for some things. Tae made sure he put his Apple Watch back on.
Taehyung: "Lets go grab some food in that book store we went to yesterday."
Jihyung: "Okay."
They started their walk to the bookstore when Tae's Apple Watch starting beeping. They looked at it and Jihyung ripped it off and threw it far away.
Jihyung: "Yah! Why didn't you tell me you had this earlier!?"
Taehyung: "I'm sorry! I totally forgot about it!"
They looked ahead and saw a black van coming. It stopped a few blocks down but they say who came out. Tzuyu.
Taehyung and Jihyung: "Shit."
Jihyung: "We can't go back home! Just run around town and call me in 30 minutes so I can pick you up!"
Taehyung: "What about you!?"
Jihyung: "I have to call my guards for backup! Get running!"
Tae started running the other way, but it was too late. Tzuyu saw him from the corner of her eye and told her guards to chase him. Jihyung acted like he was just a normal pedestrian and walked into the bookstore while calling his guards.
Meanwhile.
Tzuyu and her guards were right behind Tae. He kept running around the city with them behind him. He lost them for a minute and decided to take a small break in an alleyway. He was breathing so hard until he heard a whisper behind his ear.
Tzuyu: "Found you."
He turned around and fell down in shock that his arm got scraped on a stick.
Taehyung: "S-stay away from me!"
Tzuyu: "Why?"
He heard Jihyung's faint voice calling him in the distance.
Taehyung: "JIHYUNG!"
Tzuyu: "Sorry babe."
Then one of her guards knocked him out.
Jihyung heard Tae calling him and ran to him just in time...
