A/N: This chapter is base on a true story.

"So, how are you feeling today?" Yoriichi asked as he looked at [name] with a gentle smile on his face as [name] sat opposite of him in the counseling room. He flipped through the file that contained most of her sessions with him and grabbed hold of a pen, using it to guide down the sentences he had written since the last session.

"A little better?" she whispered out, and Yoriichi raised an eyebrow then as this was the first time [name] had said she had gotten a little better ever since she started her therapy with him. He then hummed in response then as he jotted it down in his notes and looked through her prescription.

"So, if you are a little better, how do you feel when you wake up in the morning for school or just waking up in general?" Yoriichi asked as he placed the pen down and leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees as he waited for [name] to speak, giving her ample time for her to form her thoughts properly.

"Uh... Somehow, I feel that there is something to look forward to at school... When there isn't school, I will feel the same as I was before," [name] spoke out as she rubbed the back of her neck, trying to speak what was exactly going on in her mind.

"Hm... That's a huge improvement there. I'm proud of you," Yoriichi spoke out as he started to pick up the bento box and unboxed it in front of  [name] and presented it to her. He then chuckled softly as she looked at her eyes lit up at the sight of cupcakes he had personally baked.

"And how are you coping? With the death of your father?" Yoriichi asked and noticed how [name] tensed up upon the question that was mentioned. He knew it was a trigger point, but the point of therapy was to ensure that she will eventually be able to answer such questions without having to breakdown.

"I don't know... I have been avoiding it, that's what I can admit. I always try to avoid looking at photographs that had him inside. I also try to avoid going into my parents' room as well, since I know well enough that he isn't inside. But..." she whispered out the last part and Yoriichi gently patted her on the head.

"And I still can't handle being in a new group. But being alone with a new person is fine, is just I can't process when I'm in groups. I still get scared and I will run away," [name] added on as she accepted the cupcake from Yoriichi.

"Well, it still takes time. I can only say that you are improving quite well, better than what I expected," Yoriichi added on and soon a knock was heard on the door and they turned to look and [name] noticed his older twin brother had entered.

"Ah, [name]. How are you  today?" Michikatsu asked and [name] slowly nodded her head a little and Michikatsu frowned. Maybe it was because she seldom really interacted with him as compared to Yoriichi, given how Michikatsu was not her therapist.

"YAH! I GAVE YOU DANGOS THAT TIME, HOW COULD YOU TREAT ME LIKE THIS?!" Michikatsu yelled out only to be pulled back by someone from the back and he turned to look and swallowed the lump in his throat as he looked a pair of red plump eyes.

"Michikatsu," he called out and Michikatsu could only slowly crept away from the dangerous vibe that the supervisor was giving out and [name] slowly shifted a little as she moved towards where Yoriichi was at first.

"Good morning, [name]," he spoke out and [name] fidgeted a little only to have Yoriichi gently patting her on the back.

"G-Good morning, Kibutsuji-san..." she whispered out and Muzan smiled and took his leave, and [name] let out a sigh, and Yoriichi could only chuckle softly as she took her seat once again.

"Yoriichi-san... He is very scary," [name] mumbled out.

"Yes, he is. He has been scaring lots of patients, especially those that have been causing a ruckus," Yoriichi spoke out and looked at [name] who was still fidgeting slightly, and he started to take her blood pressure.
