Jaime's P.O.V.

Another group of fans. Another goshdarned group of fans. You know who they all run to first? Vic. Or Tony. Or Mike. Never me. I'm sick of feeling so darn neglected. I am a part of this band too, you know? I know I'm being selfish, but a little credit here and there, where it's due wouldn't hurt anything. I know I'm not what the fans would call cute. And no, I'm not a turtle, I'm not a rapper, and I am NOT MR.VICTOR FUENTES.

I love this band more than they all know. And I don't mean to sound greedy. I really don't, but when I agreed to this, I agreed to the having fun, inspiring fans, and making music part. I'm not into all of the attention Mike and Vic get. I have tried so hard to fit in. And honestly, I could probably use a little more credit. And no, I don't rap, but I do sing. I really do.

I scribbled out another lyric from my song book. No that won't do.

"When you believe in me...." I don't know...

"Whatya doin, Jaime?" asked Vic.

"Writing some music" I muttered.

"Oh great! We need some new bass sounds for the new album."

"Actually Vic..." I started but was cut off.

"I really liked the stuff on Collide with the Sky, Preciado!" Vic said slapping my butt as he passed.

Man, oh man, do I love my band mates, but sometimes they don't understand. I've tried so many times to make them see, and I've considered leaving the band before. I couldn't do that to them, though.

I threw my lyric book across the room. I need a muse. That's it. A muse....,but who?

So many feelings I never let out. That's one thing about the guys and me. I act all fine and dandy, and put on a fake smile. I'm sure others can relate. I honestly relate the most to Tony. He really gets me you know? Maybe it's the fact that we're the same age unlike those fossil farts Vic and Mike. Just kidding. But really, Tony is great. The man is a flipping genius! Like the other day, we were sitting and eating (how'd you guess tacos) and we had no more taco sauce and we were all just sitting there like, WHAT IS LIFE??? And Tony comes up with the great idea to try putting Nutella on the tacos. Nutella. I must say, it was actually quite good and now it is a tradition we all share. See what I mean? Tony is and will forever be one of my best friends. I can safely say that.

Tony is actually one of the only ones who knows how much I'm interested in writing some of my own music. And he has supported me the whole time. Don't get me wrong I love all of them like my brothers...just sometimes I want to pack my stuff and run away. How crazy would that be? I am a grown man, and need to open my eyes. I can't just up and leave. Can I....?

"Jaime! FOOD!" I heard Mike call.

I got up and started making my way to our living room where, surprisingly, there was about five bags of Taco Pirate's on the table. I was about to ask where the hell the nutella was until Tony came in the room beaming, holding two jars of the chocolaty goodness. "This is definitely my favorite part of the day, right here you guys!" Tony yelled.

"Yeah, man me too" I grinned.

"So Jaime, how's the woman hunting going?" asked Vic.

I could feel my face go red. I've been trying to find a nice girl who will treat me right and let me buy them gifts and sweets. I want to settle down. I want a family (Other than the band) I want to be loved back for once. And so far, the hunt wasn't going very well.

"Great" I lied. "I actually have a date Friday night." I answered.

"That's great, man!" Vic said.

"Yeah I hope things go well!" Said Tony.

"Yeah, me too." I muttered.

Well maybe I will find the perfect girl by Friday. Hahahaha. Just kidding, but for now, I'm just gonna eat my tacos and Nutella.
