He takes cover behind a tree reloading his gun as tj flies in with his suit blasting the cop cars and guards "I'm sorry guys" he didn't want to kill them but he knew if he didn't they would die tj lands "we gotta go" tj said as swat shows up then the military tj starts blasting the jets sky gets back to back with him as they kept shooting cops and soldiers as they are surrounded.
"I got one move up my sleeve" tj said as the creator stones appear all over his armor as he punches the ground thunder strikes down blowing cars and tanks up shadow throwing jets and cops back stone pushing vehicles back as he and sky vanish.

-grim palace-

The news comes on "breaking news former Sargent tommy vercetti jr the fugitive of the law attacked cops and the military today killing fifty people and vanished if you know where he is or if you find him turn him in" the news reporter said "that's complete bullshit!" Tj and sky appear near the palace tj holding sky he was shot in the leg as he brings sky into the medical wing.
