Anxiety flashed over Jieun's black eyes, her hands clenching on her sides as they entered the famous club at the town center the boys took them. She wanted to run away — or just hide behind Seulgi.

Darkness, strange people, and loud music made her uncomfortable.

Jungkook exchanged glances with her on their way in as if giving her the certainty they will have a good time. Jieun smiled in return. When he looked away, she sighed. She hadn't given herself the liberty to go out to places like this even with her ex-boyfriend, so why with him?

After thinking a lot during the night before sleeping she came to the conclusion that her shyness and insecurities always resulted in loneliness. She needed to work that on herself to prevent losing things and people.

If facing her dislikes was a method, then she'll endure it. Again.

Jieun was willing to change. And it looks like Jungkook wanted to help her with that. His reason? Maybe she will never know. Perhaps she was just lucky to find a nice guy like him since he hadn't asked anything in return.

Yet.

She found Seulgi looking remotely surprised as she recognized some people. "There's a world where students go to a club on Wednesday night?"

"Yeah, Seulgi," answered Jimin. "And it's called earth. Welcome to our planet."

"Right," Seulgi smiled sarcastically at him, pushing Jieun to the side. "Why didn't you tell me he was coming?!" she whispered.

"I didn't tell you because I didn't know, duh."

"You owe me for this, Lee Jieun. You owe me big."

"Stop acting like you're scared of him, Seulgi. That thing between the two of you was just a misunderstanding... and happened ages ago."

"I don't care! He still hates me for it, I know it!" she squeaked. "For the twentieth time, why are we here?"

"I told you! I'm trying to be friends with Jungkook. Lucas misses him... and after they stopped hanging out he got really depressed for a while."

"You know, Lucas doesn't deserve half of the stuff you do for him. Your brother is an ungrateful little-"

"Thirsty?" Jimin suddenly turned to face the girls and they immediately had to open a smile.

Jieun realized that they were now in front of the bar.

"Thanks," Seulgi accepted the drink from the boy, taking a very small sip. She promised she wouldn't but what can you say? Margaritas were her weakness.

Jungkook noticed how Jieun seemed to be hesitating to accept hers and smirked. "Not that I mind holding your drink all night, but I kinda have to order one for myself."
