Beside Shaurya's bed there was a bi*chy looking... yet beautiful police officer. Once Shaurya looked at her, he went into another flashback.
"Shaurya dekh main kisko laya", Shaurya's dad said. When Shaurya went to his dad, he saw a girl his age locked up in a cage. "Shaurya main aata hu, tu iska dhyan rakhio", said his dad.
"Hi tumhara naam kya hai", Shaurya asked. "Mehek Singh Maan", she said in the sweetest voice ever leaving a mesmerized Shaurya.
"Par pata nehi ki tumhare papa mujhe yahan kyu leker aaye hai... mujhe aapne mummy papa ke paas jaana hai", Mehek started to sniffle a little. "Koi baat nehi Mehek, tumhe yahan koi rukne ki zaroorat nehi hai main papa se keh kar tumhe riha kerwa deta hu," Shaurya smiled 😃. Shaurya then walked to his dad and asked if he could let Mehek go and he replied "Haan jaane do usse, maine jis kaam ke liye isse kidnap kiya tha woh kaam ho gaya," his dad smiled devilishly 😈. Shaurya walked back to Mehek and released her from the cage "Hey Maata Rani, aapka bahut bahut shukriya aapne mujhe is mushkil se nikala," she said. "Mehek yeh Maata Rani kya hai?" Shaurya asked curiously. "Budhu, Maata Rani Bhagwan hai... aur main unse bahut pyaar kerti hu, tabhi toh unhone mujhe iss narag se bachaya," Mehek replied. "Tum aapni umar ke hisaab se baat kiya karo, dadi amma lago gi nehi toh," Shaurya said jokingly. "Kya yaar Shaurya, kitni badi toh ho gayi hu... tum bhi na." After saying that Mehek turned to her heels and walked away Shaurya who already fell for her and wished that he saw her again. But they never met after that.
*Flashback ends*
Shaurya and Mehek were sent to an outhouse where Mehek would be with Shaurya at all times. Shaurya asks Mehek "Ma'am hum pehle mil chuke hai?" While she replied "nehi main tumhe pehli baar dekh rahi hu, aur tum mere saath sirf ek mujrim ki tarah reh rahe ho... lekin main tumhare bare main jaanti zaroor hu, tujhe sab casanova kehte hai na but mere saath koi rishta banane ke baare main sochio bhi mat main sirf tumhare liye tumhari police officer hu that's it... got it?" "Yes ma'am" Shaurya replied.
