My result for IB has been scheduled to release on 6th July 12:00 GMT which is 8 pm according to Malaysia time.
I feel so anxious since last week because I really could not predict what grade I will get since we dont have exam this year. (Exam has been cancelled bcs of covid-19)
So the structure of IB is 6 subjects with TOK and EE. I will tell you about TOK and EE first.
TOK🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠 🍑 stands for Theory of Knowledge 🍑 a philosophy essay about 1600 words 🍑 the essay written to answer the questions given by IBO 🍑 there are 6 questions in total but you must choose only one question 🍑 question that I choose is the one that I understand and interested the most which is "Does it matter that your personal circumstances influence how seriously your knowledge is taken?" 🍑 there are other question that I find it difficult such as "The role of analogy is to aid understanding rather than to provide justification". To what extent do you agree with this statement? 🍑 Grading is A-B (A the best and E the worst) (getting E will result in failure of getting the diploma) 🍑 my own (not teacher) prediction grade: C
EE👩💻👩💻👩💻👩💻👩💻 🍈 stands for Extended Essay 🍈 thesis-like essay up to 4000 word count 🍈 thesis based on subject that you choose 🍈 I choose World Religion subject (which is a total disaster) bcs lack of so many things especially ideas. what do you expect? 19 years old giving out opinion about religion and avoiding unnoticed bias in the essay that marked by teachers from different religions. ughh I should choose science subject 🍈 Grading is A-B (A the best and E the worst) (getting E will result in failure of getting the diploma) 🍈 My own prediction: A

I got overall 33 points and I failed to get unconditional offer letter from Ireland. Seems like local uni are my option now. I want to cut ties from everyone who flying overseas bcs I am so embarassed with my results.
Tbh, I am so dissapointed with my EE grade. I did it so well that I certain that I can get an A. Or at least B. But IBO give me C. For god's sake, what do I do wrong ? 😭😭😭
And Malay and English I got only 6? Seriously? The most confident subjects that everyone in my school can score well. It is my native language seriously....
And Chemistry is the worst. I even got 6 during semester 3 but I got 4 for real exam? Does it makes sense? And lastly, it only needed 1 mark to get from 5 to 6 in economics. Why they dont help me getting that 1 mark?. After all this happen in 2020 with pandemic and cancelled exam, is it that hard to give me one more mark? Screw everything
My comments on this:
The results is based on predicted grade from previous internal exams. I find it super unfair bcs I did not do well with those exams and had to use those marks to predict for the REAL EXAM. And the thing is, the grade is honestly are lower than I get from my previous exam in Semester 1 and 2. Whats wrong with IBO. This is so wrong and unfair😭😭😭.
