The history always brought tears to his eyes. As he remembers after dawn cames, both he and his brother wakes up. There wer only silence around them. Not even a single fish also can be seen outside their cave hole. Roxo quickly grabs hold of Azul's hand to swim outside the cave. Searching for their parent. Azul could only swim slowly as his cuts are not healed yet.
Nothing but eerily silent enveloped both of them. They went further from the cave toward where they have been hiding the night before. They was in shocked as the merhunter's body was still there. Azul could only stay still. Roxo looks around but their parents was gone. Not even a trace of them can be seen. Suddenly a glimmer of light shones through and he saw his mother's spear just under the rock. Broken in half. He races through and grabs it. Roxo has tears in his eyes,finally understands what happens to both his parents.
Clutching hard onto it he went to Azul. He doesn't know how to break the news to his younger brother. He was so young to hear such a devastating news. Even himself is just 16 years old. Not even an adult yet. He hold onto his brother's shoulder. "Mom and dad will be away for a very long time, so lets go to aunt Zee,okay?...we will live with her,you remember what mummy said last night,right?"
Azul nodded," when will they be coming home?" Clutching onto Roxo hands.
"I don't know." Roxo said not wanting to upset his brother or himself further.
Azul just nodded. Then Roxo notices the merhunter's diving gears has a logo badge. He felt so infuriated by the merhunters. He then rushes through to the body and rips the badge away. He will remembers it and will take his revenge someday if they have the nerve to come again.
Then grabbing Azul,he went swimming back to their home. Grabbing a satchel, he put in any food or kelp that he can find. Then the 2 brothers make their long journey to their aunt.

Along the way, Azul tries to follow his brother. With just little flipper, he can't follow him fast enough. He kept left behind. Roxo huff while looking back and stops to wait for his brother. The day will be dark soon. And they were only half way through. If he can remember the way when their parent take them when they younger.
Azul is so tired and panted,little bubble puffed out from his little mouth.
"Are you okay? Do you want to have a rest a little bit?" Roxo asked hugging his little brother.
Azul just whimpered,"No,i'm not tired, i don't want to rest" he puts his arm around Roxo's shoulder.
Roxo smiled,"alright then, hold me tight okay" Azul then giggles happily climbing on top of his brother's back and Roxo continued to swim.
Not known by them, a dark figure have been watching them from far.

After a while, Azul snoozes and his small arm that been clutching his brother falls. Making him drifts away. Roxo quickly moves to catch his brother quickly tugging him to his body.
"Hmmm..." Azul sleepily grunted.
Roxo also felt so sleepy and tired from having to carry his brother and carrying the satchel full of food. He needs to find a shelter to both of them. It is not safe for such a young mer to be out in the open like this. He looks around,there were nothing but open space around them. And below them, were dark and deep even a mer like him afraid to go. He doesnt even know what creatures was in there.

He then quickly readjust his brother to his back. Quickly swims away forgetting about his exhaustion.
The figure quickly follows them from behind. Intrigued.

Roxo continued carrying his brother. He was trying in vain to opened up his eyes and swims again. But after a long battle,he lost to his fatigue. He and his brother started to fall, deeper in the dark deep sea.
Azul awakes and notices that they are falling,he frantically screams to his brother, but Roxo passes out,limping. Azul tries to pull his brother back up, but not strong enough. He was in tears and shrieking.
Then a dark figure quickly and swiftly swims toward them. Catching both of the brothers pulling them back up, and azul quickly hold onto the satchel. Azul startles seeing his saviour. A mer saved them.
The mer then carried both of them and swims away.
After a while the mer reaches his cave. He laid Roxo onto his bed. Azul swims close to them. Still clutching to the satchel.
"You should have a rest also, i'm sure you are very tired" He then grabs Azul and laid him next to his brother. The dark haired mer then grab blankets made from kelps and covers them both.
"Thank you, for saving us" Azul said peeking through from the kelps.
"Yeah,kid, sleep" He brushes Azul's hair and went away.
Azul watches the mer swims away. Noticing that the mer looks different. His tail are not like other mers. And hw also notices that his teeth are also different,looking very sharp. But maybe he was just so tired, he can be seeing things.
