Adrian

I hate mornings, especially because waking up is such a pain. As I leave my apartment, I can tell today will be a chilly day. I pull up my jacket, trying to protect my neck from the cold. Now I really wish I didn't get out of bed.

As the bus pulls into the stop, I can see that Camila has been waiting for me, again. As we sit together in the bus, something seems.. off about her. Her eyes are puffy, her lip trembling. She must've cried herself to sleep. She wipes her nose with her expensive jacket.

"Is, everything okay?" I ask, tentatively

"I-, my dad, he.." she sniffs, " He wants, me t-to marry som-, someone."

I stare at in shock, not sure what to say. Camila has been a closeted lesbian  for quite some time, and wasn't very interested in partners, or dating.

She looks at my shocked face, and laughs bitterly.

"Yeah, that's how I felt, just more tears. "

"Oh, I-" I start

"I don't want your pity. " She says, hardening.

"Well, is there anything you want me to do?" I ask.

"Yes, actually, and I have a plan to get out of it. " She says calmly, she must have thought this out beforehand. " And you're going to be a big part of it.

"I'm meeting him at a bar tonight, and you're going to be there." She continues, "And I'll excuse myself to the bathroom, and that's where you come in. "

I look at her, still confused.

She sees my confused expression, "You're going to seduce him."
