Chapter 8

Joseph was quiet for a moment, not expecting the other so say that. A dark blush covered his cheeks as the words really kicked in. "H-Huh?" Caesar shook his head, sighing softly. "Mamma mia, Joseph. Do I really need to repeat myself?" He asked as he looked at him, not looking away at all. Joseph didn't say anything, not knowing what to say since his mind was racing with thoughts. Caesar smirked a bit, pulling the other close and kissing him. Joseph let out a small noise into the kiss, from being surprised. After a few seconds, Caesar pulled away. "I said I have feelings for you, polpetto." He said, smirking more. Joseph looked away, "I have feelings for you too, Cae." He said. Caesar chuckled softly, "I figured. Though I'm happy to hear it coming from you, principessa." Joseph only blushed more, only causing Caesar to smirk more. "Aw what's wrong, principessa?" He teased. Joseph hid his face, causing Caesar to chuckle softly. "Awww come on, polpetto. Show me that cute face. I know you want to look at my beautiful face." He said. Joseph let out a small noise to the statement. "Ok ok, Joseph. I'll stop. Let's go to sleep." Caesar said before laying down onto the bed. Joseph took a bit to calm down before uncovering his face and laying down next to Caesar. Caesar was laying down on his back while Joseph was on his side. "Principessa, come here." He said as he tapped his chest, hinting for Joseph to rest his head on his chest. Joseph got the hint, snuggling up to Caesar and putting his head on Caesar's chest. "There we go. Good night, polpetto." He mumbled to the other. "Good night, Cae." Joseph mumbled back before falling asleep. Shortly after, Caesar fell asleep. The sun soon came out, birds chirping, and sunlight shining into rooms. Holly woke up first and started making breakfast for everyone. Once Jotaro and Kakyoin woke up and let the room, Holly asked them to wake up the others. Jotaro went to wake up Polnareff and Avdol as Kakyoin went to wake up Joseph and Caesar.
