Joseph wasn't surprised that Caesar picked an Italian restaurant. They eventually arrived at the place, entering and being guided to their seats. Joseph looked at the menu. The names of the meals were in Italian, of course. He was definitely going to have Caesar say it for him since he didn't want to embarrass himself by pronouncing it wrong. He soon figured out what he wanted. "Caesar, I'm going to have this." Joseph said. Caesar was still looking at the menu, "Hm? What are you getting?" He asked. Joseph looked at the menu, pointing at the meal then looked back at Caesar. "I'm getting this." Caesar didn't look at what Joseph was pointing at since he was still looking at his own. "I'm trying to figure out what I'm getting so say it." Caesar said. Joseph was quiet for a moment before looking back at the menu. He was going to fail pronouncing this. "Um...it's ragu....a la bolognese." Joseph said. Caesar chuckled softy, "Ragú a la bolognese? That's a good choice." He said causing Joseph to roll his eyes. "Have you decided what you wanted?" Joseph asked. Caesar hummed softly before nodding. "I'm going to have Lasagna." He answered before pausing for a moment, "And what are you getting for a drink?" "I'm getting water." Joseph answered. Caesar nodded, "How plain. I'm getting some of their fine wine." Caesar said as he smirked. Joseph smiled as he rolled his eyes. The waitress soon went to their table, taking out her little note pad and a pencil. "My name is Gabriella and I'll be your waitress today. What can I get for you to drink?" She asked as she looked over to Joseph, giving him a ertain look that Caesar knew all too well. It was the type facal expression you'd give someone that yoou'd attempt to flirt with. So basically the faial expressions he used to  give woman when he was younger. Caesar immediately felt jealousy flow through him. He wasn't going to let that slide. So, he was going to let her know thhat he was taken. "Ciao signora, I'll have a glass of red wine and my il fidanzato will have a glass of water." He said, putting emphasis on 'my'. The woman immediately changed her expression. Joseph looked at Caesar, raising an eyebrw iin question since he wasn't sure what Caessar called him. The waitress wrote it down before smiling at the two. "Have you've decided onn what yoou'll be having to eat?" She asked. Caesar nodded, "I'lll have a dish of lasagna and he'll have Ragú a la bolognese. Thank you, signora." He said. The woman wrote that down as well. "I'll be back with you're drinks." She said before leaving the table. After a few minutes, she came back with the drinks. She placed them on the table before leaving once again. Caesar grabbed his glass of wine then took a small sip. Joseph looked up at Caesar. "So Cae, what did you call me? You kknow, when you were talking to the waitress." He asked. Caesar smirked before taking another sip of his wine. "Il fidanzato. That means boyfriend in Italian. I wanted her to know that you're all mine." Caesar explained, smirking a bit. Joseph blushed softly before nodding, "Oh ok. Thaat....is true." Joseph mumbled, causing Caesar to chuckled a bit. After soome time waiting, the waitress returned to the table with their food, placing it down before leaving again. Joseph and Caesar started to eat the delicious food, enjoying the taste. As Caesar ate, he would look up at Joseph from time to time. He would be lying if he said that he didn't miiss how Joseph use to eat, he found it adorable. But of course he wasn''t going to admit that. Joseph soon noticed that Caesar was looking at him but didn't say anything about it. They soon both finished their meals and their drinks. The waitress came over and placed the check on the table. Joseph started to take his wallet out but Caesar immediately stopped him, "You'd better put that back. I'm paying for our meal, polpetto." He said. Joseph knew that there was no way that  he was going to change his mind. So, he put his wallet away. "Good." Caesar said before taking out his own wallet and paying for the meal. "Thank you, Caesar." Joseph said. Caesar hummed in response before getting up, Joseph doing the same thing. Caesar reached over to hold Joseph's hand, leading him out of the restaurant. Joseph smiled as he leaned slightly onto Caesar as they walked to the car. "And now, we can go home. And toight, my principessa will llook beautiful." Caesar said, causing Joseph to blush darkly.
