In the original comic series of Big Hero 6, Honey Lemon's real name is Aiko Miyazaki. In the movie, her real name is unknown and Honey Lemon is just a nickname given to her by Fred.
Honey Lemon is also fluent in three languages- English, Japanese and Spanish.
