Visualization makes our brain believe that what we're imagining is actually happening. It stimulates the same physiological processes as the real action. There are many ways to do the visualization technique. The one I prefer is this one, I feel it works best for me. When you choose to do visualization manifestation technique you should visualize what you're trying to manifest for 17 seconds 7 times in a row. You need to feel how you would feel if it was really happening. You need to be specific in your visualizations.
