Kurt's Pov
I was watching tv as my dad walked in the room and stood right in front of the tv
"dad moveeeee! I'm trying to watch!" I whined.
"No, I need your help.. I need to uh know what someone would wear on a date" he said as I could see a light shade of pink on his cheeks and I giggled.
"Dad can't this wait.. I'm kinda busy" I rolled my eyes.
"Busy doing what exactly" he turned the tv off which caused me to give him a look of annoyance.
"Well uh I-" I was cut off by phone ringing. I picked the phone up and checked the caller ID and smiles brightly "I am talking to Rachel" he rolled his eyes as I answered "Rachel thank god you called" I said glancing over at my dad.
"Um this is not Rachel this is Lima Ohio Hospital.. I am Dr. Roderick speaking I am afraid Rachel has gotten into a serious accident and you were the last person to get in touch with her according to her text messages...I su-" I cut him off.
"I'll be right there!" I said as I dropped my phone and ran out the door.
"HEY KURT WHERE YOU GOING I NEED YOUR HELP" my dad yelled out to me as I ran out the door.
"Rach needs me a lot more dad" I got in my car and drove off. I slipped deep into thought as I was waiting for a red light to turn green.. what if rach doesn't make it? She's been my bestfriend since we were like toddlers.. I can't lose her.. I was pulled back to reality as I suddenly heard the beeping noises of the cars behind me. I looked at the light and saw it was green "shit" I began to drive.. after about 15 more minutes of driving I finally reached the hospital and parked. I got out of my car and ran inside to see Finn and her two dads already here.. wait why is Finn here? I walked up to him. "Hey um I didn't know you were a close friend of Rachel's.. How did you find out about this anyways?" I looked up at him
"Well it's on the news and when I saw her name on the screen my heart dropped down to my stomach I just hope she'll be alright.." he said not making eye contact with me.
"Yea me to.." I said and I saw the doctor walk into the room and approach us.
"I'm afraid that Rachel Berry is.."
