Your coworker, Oky was messing around with you and Jota as he was being pushed out of the store, "shut up already and leave you big doofus" you shoved him out of the door as a customer walked in "I'll be right with you, sir" Jota said as he walked to the back room to put Oky's apron away "can you handle him, y/n?" You nodded.

"Hello sir, how may I help you today?" Out greeted the man who stood before you "can I get a bouquet of white, black and one yellow flower?" You nodded, his voice echoed in your head, it was incredibly seductive, but you weren't up for that at the moment "can you put a note in them that say 'congratulations, you are no longer a virgin, Chro' with a heart?" You looked at him "of course, sir, can I get a name for the order?" you smiled "Hisoka" he responded, you nodded again and gestured him to sit down, instead he just stepped aside.

Jota walked up to you "it might just be my homosexuality but I think he was looking at you" he did his recreation of 👀 as you blushed lightly "n-no he couldn't have, I'm a flatty pancake" you giggled lightly, "you can't spell pancakes without cake" he laughed and walked back to the front to greet a customer.

As you were preparing the flowers you felt eyes looking at you, you turned around to see Jota and your customer talking, Jota and him were looking at you and immediately looked away, Jota laughed quietly and you just went back to your work.

You soon finished the bouquet and wrote the note in your best cursive, writing his name on the note and walked to the front.

"Your flowers, Hisoka" you rang the little bell on the counter, "thank you" he read your name tag "y/n" you smiled at him saying your name, "any time, sir, you are always welcome at Aintaku Flowers!" He smiled as he payed a the way to when he was leaving.

You checked the time, 3:57, "oh, almost time for me to clock out" you stated, "hey, y/n" Jota whispered "what, you can-head" he smiled, "that's a new one, anyway" your phone buzzed "guess who's number you have now~" you looked at your phone

You blushed harshly "WHAT THE HELL JOTARO?! YOU'RE A BITCH" you yelled, but inside you were thanking him.

You clocked off and went to go home "don't get molested" Jota reminded, he does this every night, says what he says and it never happens, he knows you're capable of fighting off anyone who does so much as comes up to you, "I won't, fuck nugget" he laughed as you waved good-bye.

"Hello, prince(ess)" you jumped, pulling your knife from your pocket, "seems we have a feisty one" Hisoka grinned as he pushed himself off the wall, "I'm truly sorry, you startled me" you laughed, nervously "it's alright, I'm fairly scary when unannounced" he chuckled, "I'd like to walk you home, my precious" he held out a hand, signaling for you to hold it, you obliged and walked towards your house, it was a fairly long walk but at least you had him by your side, "hey, what are you doing later this week?" You asked, as casually as possible "I don't know, probably going to be home all week, cooking for my friend's kids" he looked up at the clouds, sighing.

"Oh, how old are they, I might be able to help you out" you stopped, pulling Hisoka to the side so people could walk by "both twelve, they aren't their actual children but they are really close to it" He looked into your eyes. "Ohh, like friend children" he nodded, "exactly" he continued walking as you walked onto the block you lived on. "I could totally help you out, I have the closing shift then so I am free all day" you smiled and looked in front of you onto the sidewalk "thank you, Gon and Killua would be happy to have a nice person like you to be with them" he smiled and lightly kissed your knuckles, making your face turn maroon, "t-thank you"
