A few months later..

My bully, Vince lives just a window away from our house, and that means. Hes just beside the house.

I got home bruised and wounded. (Yep, Vince's Doing) I was in the living room crying and Mrs. Naabe, Vince's Mother, knocked on the door.
"Sweety, What happen to you? Your mom called and she said they wont be here for tonight, your grandmother told them to stay with her" she said
"You may come in, I'm fine Mrs. Naabe, I just stumbbled on a rock and fell when I was on my way here" I told her.
"You should be carefull dear, I wouldnt wanna see your precious face be like this" she got some wet towels and wiped my face.

I saw Vince peeking on the door.

"Uhm, Vince. You know I can see you" I told him and walked towards the door.
"Im sorry.." he whispered to me and walked in. "Wheres your FirstAid Kit?" He asked me. "I can get it myself" I opened the drawer under the counter and picked the box out.
"Kate dear, do you want me to give you a ride to your grandmother's?" She asked. I stood next to Vince and said "I'm fine here" and smiled.

After that she left and Vince helped me with my bruises, "Im sorry..and Thank You for not telling mom.." he said softly while he was carefully wiping my face. I kept silent and looked down, "I'd rather be hurt everyday rather than seeing you leave your house."

That was the start where Vince and I got close when we're not at school.

As usual I walk though the corridors and Vince's group tease me. But today was very different. Vince was glaring, and walked away digusted for what his friends have done.

"Vince? Where you going dude?" His friend follwed him. I think his friend was ashamed of what he has done, and so he stopped and walked away with Vince. "Tell the others I'm not part of the group anymore" he said, and ran away.

Moments passed, and a new student came in and accidentaly bumped me.
"Ow.." I reacted as ge bumped my wound. "I'm sorry, are you ok?" He asked me. "Shes fine" Vince held my arm and pulled me away to the back. "Kate, be carefull" he got pissed. "Oh wow, as if he'd hurt me like how you do almost every single week!!! My arm hurts because of you!" I shouted at him angrily and ran to the clinic. "HEY KATE WE TALKED ABOUT THIS!" He sighed. I shouldnt have had scared her to the alley near our neighborhood..I didn't mean for her to get hurt... he thought and sighed

"That Vince thinks his all good and smart and thinks he can protect me like how Ive been trying to protect myself from him even if I fail" I mummbled to myself not looking at my way. While walking I couldnt think about anything but what Vince did. "Woah there! Look where youre going^^" I heard the voice from earlier. "Maybe I should introduce myself, I-"
I cut his line and hurried "Nice to meet you, I-I got to go to the clinic" I hid my bleeding hand behind my back trying to resist the pain. "Whats wrong? Its Nishi BTW" he asked me and started walking with me. "Its non of your business the names Kate" I said quickly and ran as I felt the bandages get soaked in blood.

Ow...It hurts even it numbed up..

I walked in the clinic and showed the doctor my arm. She didn't bother talking anymore and just got into work.

She was in the middle of cleaning it up when Nishi comes and visits me. "Hey Kate what happ-" He was shook of what he saw, a 4 inch long open cut along my forearm.

"Don't bother looking at it please? Its best if you just wait for her outside." The nurse told him while working on my arm. "Does it hurt?, It's pretty open, you sure you don't want to go to the hospital? I can call a doctor for you, I mean I am a doctor but I don't have the supplies to sew your arm and close up your wound" she told me while cleaning it up. "Its fine, call a doctor if its that worse" I told her and I felt dizzy all of a sudden, my head started to spin making me feel nausea while I stare at her weakly. "Dear? Whats happening. Tell me what you're feeling"

Without noticing I collapsed infront of her. She layed me onto bed my head slightly lower than my body as I was pale. She quickly called a doctor to sew up my wound and for assistant.

Nishi's POV

I stood outside near the door as I was wondering what kind of thing caused her to have a 4 inch wound on her arm.

But not so long a doctor came in a hurry and opened the door. I was worried and started to panic.

(A/N: even tho you dont know her yet)

"Please don't tell me something happened to her, this is my first day and I see someone that cute and beautiful in a bad state that a doctor comes crashing though?" He thought while hesitating to go inside. "Maybe I should go" I opened the door and saw the curtain closed beside the bed, the room was silent, too silent, I knew there were people in here, and she was pretty hurt, but why aren't there any sound of pain?

I knocked on the desk. The nurse came out behind from the curtain and asked, "What do you need? Whats wrong? Why'd you come here? You look fine." She hurried while asking. "I need to see her, please.." I worried and I slightly felt a chill down my spine. "Shes fine, shes ok now, you can come see her." She smiled at me and she guided me behind the curtain.

I saw her, fainted, pale, and had an oxygen tank attached to her. "W-what happen?" I asked the doctor. "Her wound was infected, was she cut with something rusty? I injected some anti-tetanus to her, she lost a a lot of blood, she must've tried to stop it, then it did, then something forced it to bleed again, causing her to faint."she told me as she stood up and packed her stuff. "I just met her today, I dont know what happened to her the past moments" I told her and sat down then looked at the girl. "Some guy pulled her by the arm as i remember seeing and then she ran away" I said, "is she going to be fine?" I looked up to the doctor,

"yes, she might need some rest here for a while till she gets better. Kindly check her ID so that I can excuse her from her classes please?" She told the nurse, and she did, "Class 2-B" she answered, "Kate-" my eyes winded up in surprise, "Guilluen" I cut her and I gasp quietly.

"Shes...changed alot..since she moved out.." I looked at her and sighed. "I'll be going now, take care" the doctor said and walked out the door.

I can't believe its her...ever since my family moved out I haven't seen her anymore. Hah she might have a boyfriend already. I laughed at myself.

I kept on staring at her and it really was her. Maybe..I should call her by the name we used to call each other..I smiled.  After sometime, I heard a grunt. I looked at her and she was moving, "where am I?..what happen.." she said softly. "Hey snowbear^^ Its been a long time" I said and her eyes widen up and tears started to fall down her cheeks.
