Chapter 8:Working with You

•Hanbin's POV•

"Well then, should we start?" I peered at her face and tilted my head on one side.

"S-sure.." She took a step back nervously.

I pinched her cheek.

"Yah! That hurts!" She said as she rubbed her cheek.

"Hahaha! I'm sorry~ you were just too cute!"I chuckled.

"I'm not." She said as she puffed her cheek.

"L-let's go start work.." She said as she grabbed two chairs.

"Let me help you with that~" I tried to grab the other chair from her but she pulled it away from me.

"It's okay~ you don't have to. I can do it!" She said proudly.

I chuckled at her "confident" attitude.

We sat on the chair and grabbed some paper and pencil.

"Sooo...what's the concept of iKon?" She asked as she rotated the pencil in her fingers.

"Hmm..I think it's a COOOL concept~" I said as I make hand gesture of a big explosion.

"A cool concept?" She tilted her head.

"No! A COOOL concept~" I said as I make another hand gesture of a big explosion.

"What's the diffrence?" She seriously looked at me.

As expected from Riri, whenever it comes to school work or work, she gets DEAD SERIOUS. In other words, she's in "Working Mode".

"Okay,okay~ you won~" I smiled.

"This isn't a contest." She said as she made this expression -> -__-

"Okay,First,we plan out a theme that will suit the concept of iKon." She said SERIOUSLY.

"Hmm...well..we'll be singing the song your going to write AFTER this survival competition,right?" I said.

"Mhm, I think so."she nods.

"So..how about a song that says that we're happy that we got in but sad cause we have to part." I said sadly.

"So that "we" you're saying is your teammates right?" She said as she looked at me with concerned eyes.

I nodded.

She taps the pencil on the right side of her forehead while making a "Hmm.." Sound.

And then finally...

"Ah! I got it!" She shouted as she rised from her seat while raising her arm over her head.

"Good job~" I clapped my hands.

"Be serious.." She made another serious expression like this-> -__-

"Okay okay..fine..I might as well turn into "serious mode".." I smiled.

"So it goes like this...It's a rainy day..Flowers are blooming beautifully..." She sang.

"They may be beautiful but the rain is crying like there's no tomorrow.." I continued.

"Good one~"She smiled at me and giggled.

"Your voice..it's beautiful.." I said as I smiled.

"T-thanks.."she blushed..

"A-anyway...So that's the first paragraph on the first verse. Now the second one..."

She thought for awhile while making another "Hmm..." Sound.

"It wasn't easy to walk on a rainy day with all these flowers surrounding me." She sang again.

"But as soon the rain got away, I started to wonder..was it really beautiful or was it gloomy?" I continued it again.

"So these mixed emotions welled up inside of me, what am I feeling? Am I happy or sad?" We both sang in harmony.

"Was it just me or was it the world? It's so hard to understand..my mixed emotions..." I sang.

"My mixed emotions..." She echoed in a sweet melody voice.

"It's so hard to understand..." We both sang in melody.

"It feels like we're having a duet!"She giggled.

"Now we just have to finish the third and fourth verse..Oh yeah! and the rap!" She said happily.

"I'll take care of the rap.." I said as I smiled at her.

"Eh?! Are you sure? But it's my job.."She said as she pouted.

"Haha! It's okay~ you have worked enough" I pat her head.

"Really? At least let me help you with your rap..please~" she begged with the help of her puppy dog eyes.

I can never say no to her puppy dog eyes.

I sighed.

"Okay fine~" I ruffled her hair.

"Yay! Thank you~" She rised from her seat and jumped happily.

After 4 hours, we managed to finish the song.

While I was doing the finishing touches to the song. I saw that Riri was already knocked out.

She folded her arms and tucked her head inside the gap between her arms. I couldn't see much of her face because her hair is covering it up.

I moved away her hair that was covering her face and kissed it with a gentle peck.

I tucked her hair behind her ear and put my jacket on her so she won't get cold.

I left the room with a smile on my face.

A/N: omigosh guyss~~ this is the forst chapter that i finished in one day!! Yayy~~ #achievement ACCOMPLISHED.
