"um..hello? little girl?" She struck up faster than a lightning bolt can strike a metallic pole!
"please help! she's stuck!" I looked at the log, and I saw a small set of paws digging at the log above it and the dirt in it's face—a pup!
"Nitro dig!" I pointed to the log keeping the pup in a hole. Nitro dug up the earth like there was no tomorrow! Once she had dug out the pup, the little girl hugged the puppy as hard as she could. That's when I noticed her arms were scratched, bruised, and practically bleeding!
"kid?" She let go, and I heard Gorgia riding over on Jenjon, her robot. I know this kid is scared; if she ends up startled enough to not trust us, things will end up going downhill.
"Where are your parents?" I asked as I looked at her wounds. I saw her hesitate; she lost them.
