A Concert Changed my Life

Chapter 1

   I shouldn't be here, if the Alpha finds out, I'll be punished. I'm normally one too follow the rules as I need to protect the pack so, no questions asked. But since yesterday, Bright my wolf has been really agitated. 

When we were passing this concert hall, he pushed so hard a nearly shifted right on the street.  I quickly agreed to buy a ticket and now here I am in a crowd of humans waiting for a band to come on stage.  

I should really just turn around and go back home.  I feel him pushing again and shut my eyes when they flash to his. 

'Alright, I'll stay' I tell him.

The lights drop and the stage lights come on.   A group of five come walking out onstage and the crowd goes wild.  

"Shit" I cry covering my ears.  

I've got really good hearing and this just hurts.  As the group start dancing, I glance up and meet the eyes of the middle singer. I can't stop my eyes from flashing and I see his flash really quickly and then he blinks and his eyes of his wolf has gone.  

'Mate' Bright cries in my head.  

'Oh, this is bad! What am I going to do?' I think loudly

I look around wondering if I can make a run for it. The first song finishes and the group introduce themselves.  I can't help watching as my mate stares at me and then lifts the microphone to his mouth.  

"Hi I'm Reece and I believe these stage lights are a little too Bright" he says not taking his eyes from me. 

I feel trapped in his blue gaze 

'Is he just saying that or does he know your name?' I ask Bright

'He is our mate and knows us.  We have waited a long time to meet again' Bright tells me. 

'What? Again? What does that mean?' I ask 

'You'll see' is all he says and puts his wall up so, I'm unable to talk with him.  

The group are singing again, I watch and notice they seem to be talking through their mind link.

'They are all werewolves?' I think 'what are they doing on stage with a room full of humans? Does my Alpha know they are in town? This could be very bad!' I think and realise that somehow, I've been pushed to the front and I'm now being pushed against the rail.  

I'm strong but this is a large crowd pushing against me.  The song finishes and I try and find some room.  I look up to see my mate looking at me.   I wince when I feel something being pushed into my back.  I turn my head back and the crowd surges forward and I feel my back being cut.  

The crowd go wild and push forward more and I turn my head back around to see what's happening. 

"Hey, please stop pushing" one of the group ask, while my mate is standing in front of me.  

"Your hurt" he says and lifts me over the rail as though I weigh nothing.   He wraps a protective arm around me to hide my wound.  He signals for someone and a tall security guard walk's over. 

"Take him to our dressing room" he says out loud but I notice they also say something over their link.  I follow the security guard and Bright has taken down his wall and breathing in the intoxicating smell of our mate.  

It's a little less loud behind the stage.  We walk down a corridor and the security guard indicates a door.  I look in and then back at the security guard. 

"Please wait in here" he says.  

I walk in and look around the room 

"Who is this?" a woman asks. She is human and has a lot of make-up on, with a skirt that just manages to cover her butt.  

"None of your business.  Why are you still back here?" the security guy asks 

"Nikki told me to wait for him" she lies, we can smell the lie on her. 

 "No, he didn't. Follow me" he orders and she goes to say something, but thinks better of it.

She glares at me and follows the guard.  I sit down and then spring to my feet when someone runs into the room.  I look up into nearly the same blue eyes of my mate.  I can feel the mate pull but this is a different person. 

They look very similar but his eyes are slightly lighter than his brothers. 

"OH! Its true we've found our mate" he says and walks towards me.  

I hold up a hand stopping him 

"We've? Our?" I question 

"Yes Reece and I are twins. Sorry I'm Chase" he explains 

"Twins, as in 2? one and two? And we are mates?" I ask fighting Bright as he tries to takeover. 

My eyes flash to Bright's and I see Chases wolf flash in his.

"It's been to long" Chases wolf says and I can hear the love in his tone. 

"Yes" Bright answers.  

Chase takes control and I'm able to push Bright back. 

"Bright is normally good, but since yesterday.  He has been pushing and in such a state" I say. 

"We arrived in town yesterday" Chase says. 

I nod understanding "have you informed the Alpha you'd be in town?" I ask 

Chase laughs "we told him that we were here, yes" he says and I wonder how well Alpha Jackson took to, being told anything.  

I hear the group coming back from the stage.  I move a little closer to Chase and see him smile. 

The group start entering the room and bowing their heads to Chase.  They give me looks that tell me they know who I am and I  take another step closer to Chase.  

Reece walks in "Brother" he says and then his eyes lock onto mine. 

"How is your wound?" he asks 

"All healed" I tell him and he nods 

"Here you can change into this.  You have the smell of blood on you" he says offering me a black T-shirt.  

I thank him and take the shirt from him. I look around for somewhere to change 

"We are all men" Reece says and I swallow not really wanting them to see my back that has not fully healed from the beating I received a couple of days ago. 

I turn slightly hoping no-one will see my back and quickly pull my blooded T-shirt off.  I nearly drop the other T-shirt and bend slightly to catch it. 

"FUCKING HELL! WHO DID THAT?" Chase yells I look up to see all eyes on me.
